Spatel, unfortunatelly, nothing...it is Tuesday, the address is back on ECAS, the status is the same In Process, but no AOR no nothing. I am a little confused because I have already sent 2 inquires in a very short period of time to Buffalo, and I really really don't know what to do - I mean if it is wise to send them another email. What is your opinion regarding this issue...do you think that the consulate monitors the emails from the applicant or their number? ???

Sorry Elias....

I have no clue regarding monitoring of emails...
I think you need to wait for 2-3 week and then send them inquiry....
or may be call them to get your file no...i am 100% sure that your file is already created 1-2 months ago.
But dumb customer service rep working at Buffalo office they don't know how to answer clients email.

Don't worry we all are fine let see we get our MR soon...

I have done this since September 2010, they have never sent me any email.

Something is really wrong with E-CAS. I checked today and the "CIO ELIGIBILITY COMPLETE" was gone. only thing was there was the RBVO.

That is a normal change: CIO Eligibility Review Complete, Received by visa office, In Process, and so on.
 
@ elias - what i'm saying is, "cio eligibility review complete" used to be there everytime I check my e-cas and i was gone today. Does it mean that when my application turn to in-process the "rbvo" will also be gone??

I guess so cause im in process and the cio and rbvo are not there
