Sometimes VO might not answer you:

You may use this form if:

Your application has exceeded normal processing times. We will not respond to your enquiry if the application is within normal processing times. Information on processing times.

Thank you so much; but who knows nowadays what is the real processing time at Buffalo. On their website it says it takes 20 weeks to issue the AOR, on the applicants' reply from B. it says 30 weeks...relying on their website, I might be entitled to send them an email and ask them about my AOR...
I mean 30 weeks=7.5 months...only for an AOR, c'mon guys :'(.
Moreover if we look on the other applicants' time line(the ones who sent the full doc. to B. in August), most of them received the AOR in December; only Spate09, me, and who knows haven't. Not that I don't have patience but I don't understand what is their criteria.

If average processing time is 17 months, then everything can be... Big VO is big VO :(

AOR means that they have just received your application, it doesn't mean it will be reviewed soon....

Hi All,

I just want to share information.....

My friend send his application to Buffalo on 20 July, 2010.

He got Medical along with File No.

He got Medical and file no in same mail last week Thursday...

So it seems Buffalo office is working now.

And his e-cas shows IN PROCESS only..

So Don't lose hope......God is there and will bless us.

Hi.
2 weeks ago, my ecase was in process while in details it was wrongly informed: your medical has been done
Now, I check it and it still say in process but "Your medical has been done" is removed.
The point is that: AM I really in process -----> I mean Shall I wait for a decision or Medical ?
I feel some thing is happening here. I think if it was a system problem, they could correct it when they correct "Medical has been done"
Beside, I still have n't recieved my Second AOR and I just checked it with my first file number. (I know that both file numbers are connected together and you can try that to see the result)
Any helpfull idea or same situation?
Tanx

Spatel09 you arevery helpful; thank you for your time.I knew it that we should have received our AOR by now. One more thing: in order to send them an email did you use that service from www.cic.gc.ca? or just simple email them?
Because they have a service on their website if you to make specific case enquires...
