kindly tell me that i hope to receive my file by the end of May 2011. if i send it to novascotia upto 12th june. my draft will be 2 months past. means the date which is written is 12 April 2011. n 12 june will be 2 months past but it still can be encashed by them.so if i make new then i will lose approx 10 thousand again for renewal. so can u suggest me what should i do.thanks

Days required to transfer file from CIO to VO = 20-23 days
Once our file has been transfered to VO, our ecas status changes from CIO ER complete to Received by VO(RBVO).
VO will recheck our files once again and after a break they strat processing our files. your Ecas status will change from RBVO to "In process" when processing commence.
Different VO has different timelines. Current statstics says NDVO & Manilla VO work faster than any other VO. Unfortunately, London VO & Buffelo VO are the slowest.
it might take 1-4 months to get MR from the commencement of processing.

I think you have not information about Caracas VO. It's one of the slowest ever!! BTW there are not much venezuelan applicants around here but what i Know about my VO is that they took more than 18 months to request one medical exams, of course, the applicant was from the older process called Fast Track. meanwhile, the current applicants, i have known only one who has received medical request within 5 months after they received his application in the CIO.

there is instruction u cant submt bankdraft older thn 1month,i got back my bankdarft after 1month 8 days,I went to my bank and told them to renew the date,they took 450 tk near abt 380rupee for renew the draft with new date.so dont sumit bank darft older than 1month as it is instructedclearly

though bank darft has 6 month validity bt there is clear instruction not to submit bd older than 1month
alternately u can renew the date of bank draft,it took only 450tk /380 rupee when I did it

congrats buddy. did u send the whole application or only forms n payments n ielts? what u have submitted . i sent my file wrongly to london office n now m waiting to be return then i will apply again in june.

Finger crossed buddy. My application reached on 15th and I think it's in the list of 1000 now. Difficult to say when cap was reached. Talk your bank if your DD is encashed or not. If yes, that means you are also within the cap. All the best.
