D Hasib, How long does VO take to do the back gound and secuity clearence.. in other terms how long does it take to isssue the medical request after the visa transfer, if nothing intefears with the processing.. Do they let us know once the documents arrived at VO..

Days required to transfer file from CIO to VO = 20-23 days
Once our file has been transfered to VO, our ecas status changes from CIO ER complete to Received by VO(RBVO).
VO will recheck our files once again and after a break they strat processing our files. your Ecas status will change from RBVO to "In process" when processing commence.
Different VO has different timelines. Current statstics says NDVO & Manilla VO work faster than any other VO. Unfortunately, London VO & Buffelo VO are the slowest.
it might take 1-4 months to get MR from the commencement of processing.

Currently CIO takes 30 days to send PER
so wait till 12th May

When do we get 2nd AOR.. is it at the commencement of VO processing ??

I had not sent the PCC along with the complete set of documents, in this case when will the visa office inform me to submit this document? And to be proactive what more do I expect and be ready for a successful outcome?

VO will ask for PCC with MR. it is wise to collect your PCC as soon as your application goes under processing / "In process"
If you havnt sent bank statment then you might be asked to submit atleast 6 months bank statement

2. if yes then in how many days we can get rejection email?

3.what if the bank draft is encashed? will they send another bank draft in my name? or if they have not encashed then will they send the same bank draft?

question abt draft encashment

kindly tell me that i hope to receive my file by the end of May 2011. if i send it to novascotia upto 12th june. my draft will be 2 months past. means the date which is written is 12 April 2011. n 12 june will be 2 months past but it still can be encashed by them.so if i make new then i will lose approx 10 thousand again for renewal. so can u suggest me what should i do.thanks
