i have one question.

I made the DD from a Currency exchange company as i dont have foreign currency account. i gave them equivalent amount of 1100CAD$. and in return they gave me a bank draft in the name of reciever journal of canada.

can anybody advice how should i contact the bank to know if BD was encashed or not. that was not my account that was exchange company account...secondly the bank was a local bank(SONERI BANK), can anybody advice how should i know the status.

no my case is not rejected. i have sent complet application with supporting docs to visa office direct not to canada cio.thats y.....

i dont know y i made a big mistake. actually i called canadian high commision they told me to send their.they dint told me that first u got initially approval then send to london thats y.now i m worried about my file return ...dont know when will i get n re apply.....pray for me

the receiver general for canada, u did journal??or typing mistake only??ur local bank can ask theier main they get the information

its better to wait for file return dr hasib...i was very sad since last two days

if no mail delay in ur coutry u will get back within 6 week.actually they use regular mail instaed of express mail.

i will wait for my file.becoz according to post june 2010 rules send ur docs n every supporting material to novascotia.again it will take time to gather my marksheets, experience certificates pcc and then attestation process u know...etc so mostly people saying to wait.coz draft will also withdraw in two weeks maximum.then its better to wait.....

since you have decided to wait, i would like to opine that you should send a letter via Fax (do not email them) to london VO stating your name, address, email address, date application sent to london VO , & what mistake you made. Request them to return your application package to your address ASAP.
Finally sign (& date) on the letter.
