I sent my application on 29th April, under category 8222.
application was recieved on 4th May by D.stapleton.

now a days u can find per is given within 1month max 32-35days u applied 5th march so u may get per within 7th of april if not thn must b within 11th of april if not u may consider some problems

Today when I checked the status of my application online, it changed from the previous "Application Received" to..

"Centralized Intake Office Sydney (CIO-S) - Eligibility Review Complete.
The review at the CIO-Sydney has been completed. A letter with additional information has been mailed".

What does it mean? Acording to the PER received it was mentioned that the PER is complete and my documents are being sent to a VO for further processing.

it means they sent you PER. they are refering email by the word mail.
by the way, all communications from VO will be forwarded to you by postal mail not by email

If you apply under FSW category then you must send your application to CIO,Canada.
read the instruction:
Submit your application
Mail your application and your fee to the Centralized Intake Office for Federal Skilled Worker Applications in Sydney, Nova Scotia (Canada).

Hi April 11 Applicants,
Be patience for about 30-40 days after your application received date by CIC
I am a March applicant and still waiting for PER or NER
so be patience and hope for good
