Hi guys, Curious case here: The application was sent on June 14th, and no AOR has been received for my parents application but I received an AOR for the sponsorship. Is that normal?

It's weird that most of the people in the tracker have received the AOR but us. I have checked with my UCI and there is no information other than a previous application. I know what the flowchart is for this process, however I don't know if the either the sponsor or the applicant receive the AOR...
