I reproduce all the text as below:
We received your application for permanent residence on May 4, 2010.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on September 28, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the New Delhi office. They are pending review.

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on May 22, 2012.

My status changed to DM on 5.2.13 and I haven't received the documents.
This waiting seems to be too tensed....

Please do not worry not.The status of my application had turned to DM on Feb 02,2013 nd today, about half an hour back I recvd, back my PPT with stamped visa +COPR.
Hopefully, ur visa papers,too, must be on their way. Wait for postman knocking at ur door,at any time from now on.

Dont worry bro, same is happening with many applicants. with past experience we know its a technical glitch and will be rectified in some coming days.

I am concerned that my status is working . Usually if ur status check is not working something is going on your file and then you get some status updates.
So I feel, something is going on with your file and mine is idle.

This is just my view.
