I,too,had confronted this problem a few days back. But, on suggstion of one of the forum member, I tried the under mentioned link which worked to solve the problem.EVER since,my ecas is accesible. Please do try on "MOZILLA FIREFOX" :

I have been reading ur posts for quite a long time.Nicety oozes out of every word that forms the part of ur massages.I wonder, as to why a person like u still has to wait for his MR .Inexplicable however it it may be,still it is likely that "HE" has decided something special for u.
Let us keep praying Him. Our prayers shall be answered at the appropriate time chosen by Him.May be,the day is approaching fast.
Sir ,Could u please share if u have any travel history,which VO wants reassure himself of ?

God willing ,my POE in Canada shall be Calgary(ALBERTA),where my elder sister is settled.
Do not worry. I am praying for u nd all other members of the forum .

Dont worry its nothing to deal with your process, It happen a lot of time in past too. I mean last time when we all had bulk IP with dates, a lot amongst us did get such error and in two or three days time it was back with new IP date. So that might mean they are working on your file. Because its not everyone's e-cas. A few of u guys are facing the issue, I think.

A newbie nikkuus has received MR.

The time lines are encouraging for our batch i.e. applicants awaiting MR. This applicant submitted full docs at NDVO in October 2010.

So cheers friend.... I hope its our turn now.

I had sent an email to jason kenny two months ago, i just got a reply.
I was so excited to see an email from CIC in my box...bt grrrr..a generic reply..

The mail came from

CIC - Ministerial Enquiries Division/CIC - Service de renseignements ministériels <Ministerial.Enquiries.Division@cic.gc.ca>

and the contents are

Dear Mr. <xxxxxxxxxx>:

I am replying to your correspondence addressed to the Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, regarding your application for permanent residence as a under the Federal Skilled Worker Program. We apologize for the delay in responding.

We realize that those who have submitted their applications look forward to a decision being rendered within a reasonable waiting period after applying. We make every effort to deal with the applications we receive in the most efficient and effective way. However, the many steps involved in processing an application, coupled with the volume of applications, sometimes make it difficult to conclude cases in as timely a manner as we would like. All immigrant applicants are subject to statutory requirements, including medical and background checks. These requirements must be satisfied before permanent resident status can be granted.

Our records indicate that your application is actively being processed at the visa office in New Delhi. Currently, this file is in queue to be assessed by an officer. I hope the review they are speaking about is a go ahead from an officer for MR after double checking the work done on my file till date.

My IP is May 10th 2012, and SELECTION DECISION was also passed then.

Reply to my CSE which I got on 27/11/2012 says . Please note that processing has already begun on this application and it is currently awaiting further review

Yours & me noc & timeline(almost same) and also group name is same. Me also with MI- document pending and its without RFV status. But in your case its MISc i think it means more then one document is pending.

I am sending my phone number in your PM box pls check it.
