@ tarakrs - MY NOC code is 4121 its not 4131 plz update in the list....
@uni - same date is displayed in my Ecas also (05-08-2010 )

Hi Imran,
Congrats on ur meds. My file changed to in process on 16th Aug as mentioned on ecas, and meds was issued the very next day, ie on letter dated 17th Aug, but really took 1 week to reach me. Completed my meds yesterday, was very simple. Preparn to mail my passport this thurs.
Goodluck to every1 so that we can see more positive movement on the forum.

i m also waiting for the good news... but i think i have to wait for one or more weeks... i wanna congratulate those friends who got change in their status today.... i have closely monitored the time line of all the IN process candidates and come to the conclusion that all the persons had applied in 2009. so i think that my turn will be in the last as i m a January 2010 applicant.... am i right??? please comment...

as far as i read frm thread dat u got refusal due 2 points shortage at 1st time...
if u dnt mind can u tell dat after how long from 2nd aor did u got rejection letter stating shortage of pts.....
i mean 2 say like after 1 or 2 months from n delhi....

I think you assumption is correct. I also noticed this before, however, some forum members told me that it depends on the date we submit full docs to Visa Office. So, not sure. I also applied on January last week, so according to your calculations, need to wait.

its now showing

Your application was reviewed and we started processing on September 9, 2010.
