Dear Tarak
One of my relative has called the visa office and got the answer. My sister in law came from canada to get married and there after she put up file of her husband over there. Last month visa office has called the PP but still not received back stamped and when we inquired visa office they provide the above reply.

If you check in our forum 0213 and 4131 are cleared first. means IT & College and other vocational instructor.

oh k... It seems that your sister has sponsored her husband.... please correct me if I am wrong....

I knew that the process is delayed from last 2 months due to higher volume of student visa applications at all CHC across the world.... However, after 2nd week of August most of the embassies are done with student visa processing so, we can expect some good news from 3rd week of August onwards..... We might hear some great news this week too if we are little more lucky....

So, my fellow thread members, don't loose your hopes. Its just matter of another 1 or 2 weeks. We are almost there. Let's hope for the best for this week.

That's Ok not an issue

Usually CHC ND will take 70-90 days in clearing the but due to Heavy offload of student visa it got delay by a month.

So soon everyone hears the good news.

Hi Manish,

Your post is an interesting and a very logical explanation about the ongoing delay in processing.

Let's hope things get to their normal speed, as it was Jan,'10 and Feb'10.

I think everyone is so hopeless bcoz of the delay.
most of the people are thinking like me 20% chances for positive change and 80% of no change.

please guys dont think like me and be optemistic.
if not his week by the next tuesday(17 Aug) must be some super changes.
