FULL DOCS TO CHC NEW DELHI IN APRIL 2010

Hello Guys,

I got a call from the Canadian High commission today. They said that they are ready to issue visa to me, however they want to know if I can land before the birth of my child or after. I told them that I prefer to complete my landing formalities after the birth of the child. They have now asked me to pay the RPRF and they are going to put my case on hold till 20th Feb 2011.

Hi Tarakrs,
Does your ECAS show a link Decision Made for yr previous file record and RVO for yr present application both?

In my case by yesterday it used to show both records like Decision Made for my previous application and IN Process for my present application but yesterday it has removed Decision Made part of my previous record and it only shows In Process for my present application record. Almost 3 weeks before they had updated my representative's mailing address before than that there was my personal address.( They often change sometime my personal address and sometime my representative's address but they use only my representative's address to sent any doc. by now with my present application)

I am confuised whay do they do so on ECAS...?

In my case, yes it does show both.

Till a week before I had 4 links on my ECAS Withdrawn (when my application was transferred from Buffalo to New Delhi), Decision Made (for my refusal of previous application from CHC, ND), CIO Eligibility Review Complete (For my current application), Received by VO (For my current application recommended to CHC, ND for further processing). Now, I have only 3 links. WITHDRAWN has been removed.

even my no change still "RBVO'' all the best for next...next...next....week !!!!!!!! my intuition says we will not see change before end of august.

buddy its not ur intuition but, since we have not seen any change from past 4-5 weeks, u r trying to convince yourself that at least show me some change till the end of August

U r a teacher buddy so, you understand this psychology much better than me

But what I believe is never leave hopes for each and every tuesday coz when you leave hope you leave living your life

u r right brother.. this is the best way to convince, or otherwise becoming hopeless every tuesday is really killing we atleat have 2 more tuesday to be hpful if things doesnt turned up coming tuesday.

its been 121 days for me now.

I just dont understand what kind of fast track system.

Guess what I sent them email again, I got this reply from them

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration
Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

We have responded to your recent enquiry on 12-07-2010.

Please be advised that the status of your application has not changed
since our last reply to you. Our office cannot provide you with an
update of your case status by email on a regular basis, but rest assured
we will contact you when your file has reached the next processing
stage.

We have received the requested information/documents and your
application is currently awaiting review by a visa officer.
