What is the date of your AEO and for which designation you get it? Is your Canadian employer a Company/Office or Shop? Did you or your potential employer in Canada got any verification call? What currently are you doing in Chandigarh? And under what post are you working? How much salary you received from your Indian employer and what is the mode of its receipt Cash of Cheque?

Are you married?

Thanks for your quick reply. Reason for asking AEO issued date as I got my AEO issued in December-08 and its expiry is of 4 years. Initial my lawyer had sent my case directly to CHC New Delhi on 16th April 2009 but after keeping 4 months by CHC, returned to my lawyer in Aug-9 by explaining that as on 16th April-08 they have stopped accepting case directly at New Delhi and recommend to ist submitted of NS Sydney?

After that my lawyer submitted the file to sydney in the month of August-09 but again it returned in Oct-09 by CIC NS as my lawyer has submitted incomplete copy of AEO. Again my lawyer filed in the month Oct-09 and I observed that in imm008, he does not mentioned Visa office in Visa office column. I asked him that due to this incomplition cause file would be returned again but he has given me assurance that it does not any effect as in India P.R. matter only handle by CHC New Delhi . I got ns approval in 1st of March-10 after (in 4 months) and think that file will again returned in the month of Dec-09 and again it would be submitted in the month of Jan-10 again.

But now I am having fear in my mind that AEO is almost one and half years old and would CHC can creat any problem. Would they give marks to me for AEO or not? May be they can ask any updated job letter from Canadian employer which can I provide again?

hi,Now I dont expect any positive out come, I have two negative reasons.one is Verification call. and other is Not Maintaining POF. I have Submitted 1000000/-(Ten Lac)Bank Certificate.but i cant maintain it for longer time. so , I Have withdrawn the money from my account as i had borrowed it form my relatives.

any ways let see what happens.

u r being pessimistic to your case, dont loose ur hope Bhimsin....things went wrong in ur case, however its not absolute mess, keep the faith, dont die before dying, give ur best, try ur best, give a good fight to ur fate...if u r fate is to too loose, give a good fight to it...recollect ur positive energy, good luck...

thanks to all,
but fact is that it is not possible for me to maintain such big amount for longer time.
it has been three & Half months passed since i am maintaining Balance. but now i must return it.

As per my experiance funds are not a big matter as you have to carry them with you while you are landing in canada,so these might are not considered a major factor moreover you should concenterate on your experiance verification and other proofs

i got verification call on 18 may,
I have submitted my Provident Fund Balance Certificate Issued by EPF office of our Area.
that is the government Latter to prove my employment.
but at the time of Verification call VO got to know the relation with my boss(father in law)
i had tried to hide my relation with my boss but VO had asked to my boss that is he (myself) your son in law?
he said yes,and at the end i confessed that he is my father in law.

now its up to VO how he/she takes the decision.

My verification was before Bnimsin. So it got passed more time than Bnimsin? Is that mean calling for interview of me is a high change? what do you think?7
