Medical Request come immediate after my previous post when I checked my email. My Lawyer has sent Scanned copies of all the Medical Instructions docs via mail. It is mentioning issuing date 1st of June-10 and received by my lawyer on 15th of June-10. My lawyer will dispatch Original docs to me by tomorrow.

I immediate called to my Friend Ranjha at his residence number and inform him about it firstly?

Ranjha Bhai check karo tuwadi medical instruction vi pahuchan wali hegi

I am having question that How much RPRF I have to paid and whose name it has to pay and in what currency it has to pay? I have to discussed about it so I request to member they are already received the medical instruction to provide their email id's or cell number so I could discussed it?

Congratulations..

I would advice u to change your correspondence address as yours home rather than lawyers in Canada. It would save a lot of time and tension.

Postal delivery between India-Canada takes unusual long time.

Dont worry ..I am a Feb applicant(VO:New Delhi) ..i had submitted my docs on 1st Feb and my status changed to IN PROCESS just last week i.e. 8th June but my Ecas shows that they started processing on 1st June so mine took close to 4 months - but m sure ur status will change soon - be patient - if u hv submitted the correct docs - sooner or later u will get ur visa
M w8ing for medicals - hope my prayers get answered

One suggestion needed, I have obtained part-time experience with a CA and he used to pay salary in cash. He gave me referrence letter and it says that i have worked for him and he paid me salary but i am worried how to impress visa officer if he asks to prove it as i do not have any salary slips or bank statements to prove it. I will check with the CA if he provides a letter stating that he was paying me in cash. Please advise what can be done.

ANd, congrats to get your medicals, at least your interview was waived. Mine is coming man.

Thanks, Please arranged and present minimum but fruit ful docs? But keep in mind that it should be matched with each other in all respect? Received salary in cash from CA for part time service is not a problem when it is genuine and get a single certificate showing your experience, remuneration, desination and full details of your duties and mode of payment made in cash by him. If it is possible get his ledger account showing details of your salary in cash duly signed by him?

Pray to God before leaving for interview? Your confidence level should be very high and used your intelligence and be soft while reply to VO? Every thing should go smooth. Don't take tension and be relax?

And how could you say that I have got my interview waived? Is it sure that they would not call me for interview as I have seen some cases call for interview after medical?

You can change your address on ECAS only if you have Canadian Address. In all other cases you'll have to write by regular mail or you can email them from Case specific enquiry section on CIC website

Hello I have got medical request on 15th of June-10. Docs were received my Lawyer at Canada and would be reached to me by 19th of June-10 (Saturday) I am have some questions about it?

There are two doctors one is Dr. Rajiv Khosla and another is Dr. Mrs. Malkit Law who is the best one and cooperative? Would they provide service on Sunday also?

How much amount RPRF I need to deposit for me or my spouse, please help to let me know the amount in INR? Are my daughter or son who they are less than of 12 years of age are exempt from RPRF?

When should I take appointment from Doctors as original docs will reach to me in on 19th of June-10?

How can I changed my address as CHC asked for it in this request? Would I should take help from my Lawyer or I can do it with my own?

What docs I need to take when I go for medicals?

Really very frustrated now because I seen many people got VC call after status change to in process and post VC after approx. 1 month getting medical.....

My status still not changed to In process.... How much more time, I have to wait for VC and Medicals....

I WAS ANTICIPATING TO GET VISA THIS YEAR 2010... HOWEVER NOT SURE NOW.... 2011,2012 OR WHEN I ATTAIN 60 YEARS THEY BLESSED ME RETIREMENT CANADIAN VISA.... :'( ???

just to correct you my friend, if your visa office is within Canada then only you can change address online, otherwise you have to send letter/fax/scanned copy of letter in email. So practically no FSW applicant can do it online. Visa office outside Canada can not download the address we change online (this is what I got in response from CHC ND).
