FULL DOCS TO CHC ND IN MARCH 2010

Hi ALL,

PLZ HELP,I HAVE 2 QUERIES.......
1) WHILE SUBMITTING THE FORMS TO CIO ,I HAD STATED MY BROTHERS MARITAL STATUS AS MARRIED.HE IS NEVER-MARRIED
2)MY FIRM HAS CHANGED ITS NAME

NOW I WANT TO SEND THE DOCUMENTS TO DELH HIGH COMMISSION.I HAVE STATED IN MY COVERING LETTER AS ---
WHILE SUBMITTING THE DOCUMENTS TO CIO,CANADA I made an error IN THE ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION APPLICATION OF MY BROTHER'S MARITAL STATUS AS MARRIED.I HAVE CORRRECTED IT NOW AS NEVER-MARRIED.
MY CURRENT FIRM NAME HAS BEEN CHANGED FROM XYZ TO ABC.


friends plz advice is this the correct way.

If you correct your mistake and disclose in covering letter than its o.k.

When i click on in process, with other things on it, it shows like interview scheduled for 29th July.

They will definitely send you letter for interview physically or via mail also? I can't take any idea why they asked you for for interview as I am not finding any detail in your signature like what is your NOC Code? when did you apply? What is your visa office? under which category you apply for? like FSW 1, 2 or 3? what are your time lines? did your status come in "In Process"? What about your medical status? Any Verification Call you recd. or not etc.?

Interview is not a big issue but what is the reason of it you and CHC know better?

what exact stage i am in?
BC done and file is in Que for Visa officer' reveiw, OR file all ready in the hand of Visa officer he/she is waiting for any external agency report. ?

I have sent my application to NS and reached to them on 2nd June 2010.

1) I have shown my work experience in two catagories 0213 and 4131. Will that be OK?

2) another is i have not mentioned "FULL TIME" or "PART TIME" in my application while showing Studying and work experience.

3) During my PG Diploma i was studying and working both togather but both were full time will they consider this????

congrats sir jee atleast CHC NEW DELHI jaag riha hai

when we send ur case to CHC ND and u are under"recvd by visa offc" at that time they calculate ur points and assess ur file that are u qualified and suitable enough to go to canada,,,,,,,,,,,,,after that u are issued a new BRING FORWARD DATE all of ur documents are sent to various departments for cross checks and status will be "in process"

so at ur BRING FORWARD date all these inputs by various deparments for background check(edu,,,ex,,,police) are checked and then visa officer ---issues the medicals or issues interview date or in some rare cases issues new BFD if he thinks that they need more time to get the info

i think that ur previous BFD would be 12 may,,,,,and at that time due to the experience thing they need more information,,,,,,,so may be,,,,may be they put a new BFD to 12 june,,,,,,so it is very much possible that there will be a review on 12 june and then VO will issue the medicals,,,,,,,,,i think u should hope to get any info in next week for sure

Hi Ash,
I have applied under FSW as an accountant. NOC is 1111. I applied in september 2009. SUbmitted all docs on March 8, 2010. GOt in process on april 6th. No meds, no verification calls. Just received this letter physically to my representative regarding interview. I have applied for CAIPS to know whats the matter, why they called for an interview. Share your views.

As i am also almost in the same boat.......
I think VO don't give the reason for why did they appoint you for interview. probably something has already been mentioned in the letter that u have got.

So far as OP6 has mentioned, thay may appoint for interview not to check language skills but to conform the information that u have given is all genuine.
So study all the documents that u have sent, be prepared to clarify all ( VO might have already picked up some confusing points frm yr doc.) find out if anything is in overlaped and confusing form in yr application, mostly in Job profile)

The another possibility also might be that yr Interview can be just a kind of formality too.
But be well prepared for both conditions.

Now they have asked for valid AEO which is not required in my opinion. I need to submit within 30 days which is not possible either.

What does your ecas say? is it show "In Process" if yes from when? When your 120 days time line is ending? What docs they have asked other than "Valid AEO" Kindly share?

I am currently working in Canada on temp work permit and my employer has offered me permanent job. So as per CIC guideline I dont require valid AEO from HRSDC. But they have asked me copy of AEO.

See, before any case goes to the VO for process, a different team do the review of all documents submitted.... now, wat i believe here is, person who did "visa eligibility review" on ur documents would not be aware of the SP IT rule hence; he requested you to provide AEO.... If you will write an explanation letter within given deadline may solve the problem...
