heyy guys,

Is there any possibility of interview after TLU (medical results are received), if yes how do they conduct it, will they call me for fixing of interview time or they will directly call on my phone and start asking questions. I am little worried as my cell is not working since last two days. Can someone clear me on this...

Thanks

Don't worry Pritpalgill. Interview is very rare unless they find something very unusual in terms of travel etc. Any company or organization don't rely on phone number as they understand that people aren't readily available to take calls because of various reasons. They will only send EMAIL. Please ensure to check your JUNK or SPAM mailbox.

All in all, don't worry about your app. I understand that there are lot many things going on in your mind at this point of time. Just wait for your time to come and you are not alone in this forum (I see many people are awaiting for their final decision)

My application received on 17th Dec. File transferred to Warsaw office and my status says they started working on the file on 11th May 2015. Still not received medical request. Is there any else with similar time lines? Should I be worried?

Thanks for the help.

Hi,

I have a question and that is:

Whether I should go for PCC from FBI or not as I have been US on visitor visa twice though the duration for both the visits in total was 115 days. First visit was in 11th July 2009 through 3rd Oct 2009 and second visit was 2nd Nov 2011 through 28th Nov 2011.

Why i am asking this question is because I have read a response from someone that he also visited US and total duration was less than 180 days but he still got a request to produce PCC from FBI...

Your inputs and suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks

It depens on your visa officer on whether he will ask for fbi pcc or not but chances are high that you will be asked to submit it. Also it takes roughly 3 months to get it so i suggest you dont take any risk snd start the process

Its been 2 days without any update this week. ???

Before I go to bed I always check my status after 12:00.. because my TLU happened @2:20 AM.. when I was about to sleep.. :P

Hi , I dont think u'll need if your stay is less than 180 days..

The other guy whom u r referring has his visit as below:
"see I have reached USA on feb6,2014 n let USA on aug4,2014..." , which is exactly 180 days..
