Did you apply under fsw as well

I have applied under both. FSWP 2014 and FSWP 2015 Express Entry.
Both are independent processes and I just wanted to complete it ASAP.
But unfortunately am under wait under both the processes.

TLU 21st May still "In process"

heyy guys,

Is there any possibility of interview after TLU (medical results are received), if yes how do they conduct it, will they call me for fixing of interview time or they will directly call on my phone and start asking questions. I am little worried as my cell is not working since last two days. Can someone clear me on this...

Thanks

Is there a possibility : Yes.
How do they do it: In person at Visa Office, by an appointment.

You will get email asking to fix an appointment if this happens at all.

I have come to know from this forum that, they call on your no. and to your company no. for verification. Do you see any such possibility after TLU.

99.99% your interview will not happen once you receive your medical and TLU happens...!!

Once again. It's all theoritically possible. but rarely happens.
and specially in MNCs, even if they call up front office, it will be useless.
HRs wont have a clue about thousands of employees working across different office locations.

I think as long as your documents are in order and genuine, there is nothing to worry about.

Agree with you Alok.

Hi,

I have a question and that is:

Whether I should go for PCC from FBI or not as I have been US on visitor visa twice though the duration for both the visits in total was 115 days. First visit was in 11th July 2009 through 3rd Oct 2009 and second visit was 2nd Nov 2011 through 28th Nov 2011.

Why i am asking this question is because I have read a response from someone that he also visited US and total duration was less than 180 days but he still got a request to produce PCC from FBI...

Your inputs and suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks
