yes as they mentioned it on the mail,

its fine if you write it with PEN on back of photos as well. Its not required to be a stamp only.

Hi Virleen.. this is a million dollar question..

the nation needs the answer..

jokes apart nobody knows anything.. all wild guesses.. My TLU is 14th May.. some are waiting from 30th April TLU but no update for last 3 weeks atleast for DM PPR as a whole.. except 1 or 2 cases..
