You can submit your pp in person at VFS mumbai or delhi depending upon your reach. Your stamping will be done at High Commission of Canada at New Delhi (NDVO) and hence your pp won't be send to warsaw. No need of appointment to submit your pp at vfs, just check their timings at their website.

I have read some where in this forum that at new Delhi VFS we can get PP stamped on same day if submitted in morning hrs. Is it true? Pls share your comment. And sorry for the writing wrng name.
