HELLO FRIENDS

THIS IS MY FIRST POST WITH SOME SMALL QUERY.

I HAVE COMPLETED MY UP FRONT MEDICAL ON 11 MAY,2015 FROM APOLLO GUJARAT AS I AM FROM AHMEDABAD.
SO WHEN I CAN EXPECT MY 3RD LINE ON E-CAS?

MY DETAILS ARE AS UNDER

APP DATE : 25 SEP
PER : 6 JAN
AOR : 3 FEB FROM WARSAW
2ND LINE : 23 RD APRIL PROCESSING STARTED

BUT AS OF NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY MEDICAL REQUEST....

first you need to get MR and then in the IMM form the IME No. will be mentioned. you need to approach your hospital again with the IMM form and the hospital has to upload the Medical Report using the IME No. after that it is minimum 5 days for Third Line Update.

Need urgent help, please

I had my medical test today. During the test I was asked if I have thalessemia to which I replied no. However, I am a carrier of the thalessemia minor gene which is NOT the same as having the disease. I am now worried as I do not want the VO to think that I have misrepresented information while it was just a matter of miscommunication. Can some1 please share their thoughts, is this something I shld be worried abt?

The decision will be made by the Ottawa Medical Panel.

But Apollo guys told me that you need to send forms given by them after my medicals and which i send to warsaw today through email.
And Apollo guys told that now my IME number will be same which is generated by hospital.
pls help me to knoww

How can we do upfront medical without MR... How do we get forms for medical without MR?? Can you please tell me what is upfront medical??

I have got my MR on 9/5/14. They have sent us three forms for medicals whereas my daughter's age is only 1.6 months. From this forum I heard that medical is not required for under 2 years baby. Why they are asking any suggestion friends.My timeline is ....

Application- 19/11/14
PER -- 12/02/15
AOR -- 30/4/15 (Processing started 27/4/15)
Medical -- 9/5/15

Doctor will do the physical test of the baby. My kid is only 7.5 months and he had only physical test.

I need information as I spoke to lady over the phone and she said that this clinic is e-medical enabled. Just after that I asked her what necessary documents we need to bring for medicals and she said that they need 4 photos for all of us.
I don't think e-medical enabled clinics requires photos???

maybe what the hospital guys have told you is right. As they might have generated a IMe no. using your UCI no and Passport. However, it might depend on the VO's decision for MR. This is my personal opinion.

No normal time is 12 weeks, but by going there it can be obtained in 30 days. So, I guess we don't have any other option than getting it done from doha directly.

And I just want to confirm whether any one else has paid fee using their debit card? I have HDFC, ICICI and SBI debit cards, I am not sure whether they will accept debit card instead of credit card or not. Need help, if any one has paid fee using debit card?

i never bothered to ask my HR or the othrs may b or may b no enquiry came..best of luck for the process..i had on travel in history canada 4 months...rest is upto god now..

Dear Nepal_Canada,

Sorry about the situation you are facing in Nepal. I know its really bad... ; I have also faced an 8.8 earthquake..

In order to translate your PCC you dont have to visit India(Delhi).

You can search online any translation agency(eg: crystalhues.com). And send them the scanned copy of your Polish PCC and do the payment online.
They will courier you the translated version to an address which you can make sure courier services are available in your area.

Request for the rate before you give the order..

It shouldn't cost you more than 2000-3000 INR.
