Not only december applicants but even many sept -octo-nov applucants are also waiting for MR...there is whole lot waiting..I think they have last issued MR one month ago since then there us no SLU or MR...I don't think they do background check for these many people...otherwise there has to be...

That's true saurabh...but it is very frustrating not to hear from them...they are not even verifying anything...I have not seen anyone got verification call from warsaw...they have only sent fairness letters whose documents they have found not appropriate...but as far as I knw they have not dine...

I also submitted my salary slips with applications but no MR...I don't think mode of payment is an issue..it's employer's wih how they want to pay u...but it is better to attach salary slips or salary certificate with application.
