As per the current guidelines, yes please start preparing PCC from police commissioner ( check local Kerela Website for PCC ) and once you got MR , then VO may ask for Original PCC

Dear Seniors - I have obtained the PCC from the passport office (chennai) and have submitted to Warsaw VO office on 20th May 2015. Should I have to initiate the process of obtaining a PCC from the police station are should I wait to hear from VO. Are should i initiate obtaining the PCC from local police station now so that if asked could be shared.

Any idea what are the general document they ask for...PCC

Though there would not be any issue as CIC site was updated on 26th May 2015

however to be on a safer side it is better to start process of obtaining PCC from commissioner

For Documents , i would suggest you to refer official website of chennai police

I paid my RPRF fees using demand draft and it was made in favour of "RECIEVER GENERAL FOR CANADA" to Warsaw VO. Now the problem is according to the following link it says...Visa offices cannot accept:1. receipts for fees paid in Canada;2. personal cheques...

The draft is made to Royal Bank of Canada with address of Toronto, Wellington street. Now my question is...is my draft valid? Lots of confusions. :'(

I see that you got the PPR the same day as mine, I submitted my passport to NDVO on the 28th May and haven't recieved it yet. When did you submit your passport and has it been stamped already.

No this is not a problem . At the top it is written that RPRF for express entry must be paid online ( CC). Sine your application is for FSW 2014 you are on right track. I Applied from Nepal . I paid RPRF fees through DD ( SCB Nepal) payable to THE RECEIVER GENERAL FOR CANADA and the Drawee Bank was THE ROYAL BANK OF CANADA IN TORONTO. My DD reached Warsaw VO on May 13 and i received PPR on May 27 and 4th line update on May 29, 2015. So Just relax, you will receive your updates soon.

Hi All Fellow applicants,

I have taken PCC from Chennai passport office on 22nd May and for my spouse on 25th May from PSK chennai.

Saw some posts here saying PCC from Passport office is not accepted! is it true?

should i take one now from the commissioner office ? and what should i do now. i have already submitted by docs and third line update is medical results received. When can i expect PPR.

Should i wait for PPR or get a new PCC from Commissioner office?
