I dont think its a waste of time ever, eventually applicants will get PR but the WAIT game has gone from test cricket to T20 is what I meant, and said the above so that people dont assume Warsaw is going to work according to those older timelines and start losing hope.
Yeah we all have same assumption that WVO should start working rapidly. Let's hope for the best.

If cic really want to delay our process then why would they transfer our application to any other VO,it can simply go in NDVO kitty and they can take as much time they want to and no one us can do anything in this.I think they actually want to fasten the process or just to end all the FSW14 in july and august .So at least try to think positive.

I raised a CSE yday for address change to WVO... got a reply today saying i need to submit a written application for the same with my signatures on it.... so will be sending the same tomorrow to Warsaw...

Anyone else who has done a similar thing? Any suggestions?

one thing that i am happy about is the quick response from WVO....

Hello all,
This is my first post ever...
Similar to most of you, I am also a FSW 2014 application, whose case was recently transferred to Warsaw VO, instead of NDVO. My details are:
App date: 25-September-2014
PER date: 08-Jan-2015
AOR (from Warsaw): 03-Feb-2015
NOC: 2281

I will update the SS shortly with my details.

Can I please request all applicants who have been transferred to WVO to update their VO in the SS? Some have already updated, while some have not and it still shows as NDVO. Making this update will help us with better tracking progress through the WVO...we can filter/sort for WVO and get a larger data set...

Thanks very much in advance and keep up the good work.

Hey you can not take account of the earlier timelines apart from the ones from may'2014
The Canadian immigration until 2013 was a lengthy process, if the processing time hadn't gone less than a year as it is now, I wouldn't even have applied. My bro-in-law(canada resident) and other consultants were told that the process has changed and PR issued quicker than the earlier years. Until 2013 the background check alone took atleast a year.
So lets pray its quicker than 9 months as the CIC needs to clear our applications and start working on EE.

Xman, are you in the whatsapp group for NOC 2241?
if not please pm or share your number here, will add you!

I know those time frames are from past and under different scenario,
I know a freind of mine getting PR from NDVO in 11 months for FSW2011,
One from 2012 getting PR stamped in 12 months, again NDVO case.
So was a bit worried as all our Money and decisions are blocked because of the PR process.
Just sharing theinfo.
CIC has sent the files to WVO for lowering processing time,
and I strongly believe WVO will prove to the cause.
Worry will take us nowhere,
If GOD wants us to be there,
we will reach CANADA soon and fast :)

Lets pray together for fast processing.

will send you PM of my no soon for whattsap group

Just sharing the knowledge.

thanks a lot for your response.

they don't need the hard copy of the original signed letter? a scanned copy of the signed letter will do? when did you send that letter as part of CSE and have you got any response on that?

do let me know so that i can also do the needful accordingly.

thanks once again.

Hi, very useful information, thnak You!
My father has an account in HDFC, will that do?

Hi Vish,

Yes. your father can draw DD in Canadian dollars. All HDFC branches can help you. But if you are from a small town, it is better to talk with your branch manager that whether they will issue directly from their branch OR from a main branch.

In my case, I am from a small town and the manager told my dad that we have to pay INR. 2,500 to receive the DD from that branch and it will take one more day to reach by domestic courier. My father will visit the main branch and collect the DD in person to avoid delay.

Dear All,

Here is the response to the email enquiry I sent to NDVO regarding the transfer of my file to Warsaw visa office.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in response to your recent email enquiry to the Immigration Section of the Canadian High Commission in New Delhi.

In response to your inquiry about the transfer of your file to our Warsaw office, please note that we have a flexible global network and our New Delhi office has high processing demands. In order to ensure the most efficient processing of your file, it has been transferred to our Warsaw office, where the processing demands are lower. There is no action required by you at this time. Should further information or action be required, you will be contacted.

We trust that this information will be of assistance.

Immigration Section/ Section de l'immigration
High Commission of Canada/ Haut-Commissariat du Canada
PO Box 5209
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
New Delhi, India/Inde 110021

so they are using any pattern or it is a random pick and what abt verification.

Thanks for the info dear.. +1 from my end too.. !!

Hai JR16,

Congrats for quick and prompt reply from WVO.
I have also also raised CSE to them for correction in my name haven't got reply from them till date.

Hai RomanSPb,

Can you please share your details of email for MR.

Are they asking to pay RPRF along with MR? If yes clarify regarding the mode of payment.

It will help many NDVO applicants to prepare accordingly in advance.

Best wishes to all applicants of WVO.

Praying that WVO proves it potential and faith of CIC.
