1 - Yes, send the documents by email as well, scan the documents in low-resolution (100 dpi), I am sure you can do it within 4 mb limit.
2 - Raise a CSE and ask for extension ASAP.

WVO will not acknowledge receipt of documents, however, they will inform you of any deficiency in document. In my case as well they did not provide any acknowledgment, but sent me an email asking me to send the original PCC in addition to scan copy stating that they do not consider scan copy of PCC. Hope this sorts out your queries.

Good Morning Friends I am yet to receive PPR from Warsaw. God knows what is causing delay as its been 2 weeks since DM. My questions are :

1. Is there any sign of worry at this stage now?
2. What may be the probable cause of delayed PPR after DM since 2 weeks. (I have already raised a CSE though)

I am worried as I have to serve notice period of 3 months at my current job which may be extended if required.

Any help from senior and fellow members will be highly appreciated.

Hi Guyz ,

Need help , After getting the MR mail ,as per request from immigration i sent all the documents through courier:

In courier 1 - (Medical documents , passport copies , employment prof of my spouse , Indian PCC ) .

In Courier 2 - US PCC of mine .

Please suggest me on below queries:

1 - Do i need to attach all these sent documents in mail and send them again ? as it will be more that 4 MB , kindly suggest how to proceed. Or

2- Yet i need to send my spouse US PCC as we are still waiting for the report , we might get it in this month end .My dead line is August 19 , today am sending them for the extension , kindly suggest.

If no need to send the documents again , shall i ask them to acknowledge on the documents revived?

I am in same situation like you. I have sent my all Medical Receipt and All PCC with RPRF fee and All Passport copies through DHL . It has been received by immigration office on 31 July 2015 but nothing heard from them. I am Planning to send same documents by email so that way i can double sure of my documents submission withing suggested timeline by Warsaw visa office. if your documents size will be more then 4 mb then you can send that documents part wise.

I can understand your anxiety buddy, but I have seen cases here in the forum who have received PPR upto one month after DM. I know we all want to get through this process at the earliest, but it is not in our hands. I am sure, you would get your PPR pretty soon. Do keep checking your SPAM folder in email as well. Will pray for your PPR.

In the same boat...got DM on 1st August, but waiting for PPR. I guess they like to work with "even" numbered files or something! lol. Jokes apart, don't worry bro! We should get our PPR this day/week for sure!

Bro, if VFS people has directed you not to put studio details, then forget it. You rightly said, they deal with this process on daily basis and they know more about it, atleast better than us . In PPR email, it is mentioned to write studio details at the back of one of the photographs, but then again, many people got their visas without even writing anything. Chill & Relax, you are already a canadian ;D . Will be submitting my PP tomorrow at HYD VFS, I will share my experience tomorrow.
