Dear seniors/experts!!

I am really having great problem at the end of the process.

I am a Nepali citizen studied at University of Warsaw, Poland from 2010-2012. My files are also transferred to Warsaw Visa Office. I received my medicals on 7th May 2015. TOgether with medicals, I was asked to submit Police Clearance Certificate from Poland, RPRF and copies of my Nepali Passport.

During May 12th 2015, I visited the consular office of the Embassy of Republic of Poland in New Delhi to prepare PPP. Paid necessary fees and submitted all the required documents. I was worried first as they informed me that they will only issue Polish Language Version, which I kindly reported to CIC as well. CIC, with great compassion immediately responded me that they will accept Polish language version given my situation. They also extended one month to the June 7 deadline of document submission. I returned to my home back in Nepal happily as I was informed by the officials that they will issue an electronic version of the document within three working days.

After 12 days, my patience did not last longer as I could not get any response from the consulate and the deadline to submit the document was approaching. So, I wrote an email to the Polish consulate stating my emergency condition. Unfortunately, I did not get any response. I made hundreds of attempts to reach the officials through the telephone, only one phone call was received but went in vain. My condition turned into the height of disappointment when an official informed me that my application has not entered into ‘their system’. I am now completely feeling helpless.

I dont know why these Polish Embassy officials are turning this much undemocratic and rude. Its each and every government's responsibility to issue PCC document on behalf of their citizen and foreigners who lived in their country for the time being. Moreover they have already charged the fee (4700INR) and had promised to issue that soon and now do not even respond to my email and telephone calls. When received, responsively informing me that my case is not in their system. In this condition what would be your suggestion? I am in great frustration.

Dear Brother,

Can understand your frustration , I would advise you to back in Delhi and meet officials of Embassy and wait for 1 or 2 days as per their commitment and get the PCC in hand instead of soft copy

N can I pay with two credit cards I.e 490 cad from two cards for me n my spouse!!!!
I feel online is much easy to pay!!

Plz help !!!!

You can pay online by using 2 cards. We need to send 2 receipts and cover letter. Basically they would look for the bar codes.

I do not know where are you from but I am from Gujarat. If you go to police station, try to go between 11 and 1:30 during the day and between 5:30 and 8:00 during the evening. This has been my experience of all the police stations in Gujarat.

Documents you need to carry are:

1) Your passport copy (First and Last Page)
2) Email from VO requesting Police Certificate
3) Your Identity proof
4) Your address proof.
5) Marriage Certificate if you are married
6) Check list of documents of 7 pages from CIC website.

Today is Sunday. Police Stations are open 24x7. Make good use of it.

Please clarify : TLU updated means:

1. Medical reports are OK.
2. My docs for medicals which I sent after medicals was correct.

Hi all, I am stil waiting for TLU update. Its been 25 days passed from my medicals being uploaded by hospital. I see people who got done later to me have already received PPR.. ???

When will warsaw see my file ? :-[

Is there any possibility that warsaw focusing only on PPR currently and not updating online?? Cause i am not aware any TLUs updated recently..

No tlu still, called hospital agin, they said its uploaded on 6 th May, if remedical would have been there by now CIC should have informed hospital,

Why from two different cards? You can make payment of CAD 980 straight away if Credit Limit of card is sufficient. Otherwise, its okey to pay with two different credit cards.
