I had checked on 29th Night and 30th 11:30 am but there was no update. TLU was updated after that time.

It's surprising to me when I see the updated website for Delhi as well. Earlier it was just punjab. I would go with the suggestion below. Raise the CSE but at the same time....don't waste time waiting for the CSE reply to come and try to get PCC from local police at earliest. Good luck !!

The only authority who can answer this question is CIC. It is better to raise CSE now.

So far as already submitted PCC (issued by RPO) is concerned, I think VO will inform if PCC is not valid as per his/her opinion. But to be on safer side, you should start process of Police Certificate from Local Police station.

I had to contact total 5 police stations (3 for my certificate and 2 for my wife's) and still it took only 3 days to get Police Certificate including Sunday.

Average time is 4-5 days after uploading of report. But it is not the standard. I have seen some applicants here getting TLU on the very next day of uploading the report. In my case, medicals were done on 19th may and report was uploaded on 26th or 27th may.

In addition, heavy mr around 7-9th may has caused some rush.

In your case, it was re medical so you are worried. I can understand your situation. It may take couple of more days but rest assured it will be done.

I do not know where are you from but I am from Gujarat. If you go to police station, try to go between 11 and 1:30 during the day and between 5:30 and 8:00 during the evening. This has been my experience of all the police stations in Gujarat.

Documents you need to carry are:

1) Your passport copy (First and Last Page)
2) Email from VO requesting Police Certificate
3) Your Identity proof
4) Your address proof.
5) Marriage Certificate if you are married
6) Check list of documents of 7 pages from CIC website.

Today is Sunday. Police Stations are open 24x7. Make good use of it.

The documents you send after medicals have nothing to do with TLU.

Exactly, If AOR has been received, do raise CSE before your VO.

If you are not sure about VO, raise CSE before

1) NDVO
2) WVO
3) CVO

After inquiry description, write Post Script that "As I am unsure about where my file is being processed, I am sending this inquiry to New Delhi Visa Office, Warsaw Visa Office and Colombo Visa Office."

The one replying to your query will be your VO.

The Office which is not your VO will either not respond or will refer your mail to your actual VO.
