FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Hi Guys,

I got MR email from WVO which also asks for copies of passport, PCC and RPRF fee.

My passport is going to expire in November, 2015 and the MR email specifically states that The passport should be the passport that you intend to use to enter Canada. So, I will have to get the passport re-issued now.

But WVO has also specified the following:
Please comply with the above mentioned requirements within 30 days from today. If this deadline is not met, your application will be assessed based on the information that was provided with your application and your application could be refused.

I wanted to know how strict WVO is about this 30 days limit as I might not meet it. And what is the best bet to inform them about this and ask for extension.

While they may give you extension on request , best is apply for Tatkal passport renewal . You will get it in less than 7 days. Seeking extension will just add additional delay no other issues.

Hi All,
I have a query. I am residing presently in INDIA.
I got mail from Warsaw office for medical, police report, Right of PR Fee and photocopy of all pages of passport.

I have few questions:
1. Can they call me for interview at this stage of my application ?? Will they call me to Warsaw office.
2. What will be the next step if i send all the above items.
3. How will the stamp my passport, will they ask me for my orignal passport to be sent to them through courier to Warsaw office.

Please help me.

I am a Nov-13-2014 applicant and my timelines are on the left. Is there anyone who has applied under NOC 2241, whose VO is WVO and has still not got his MR yet ?

Are there many others in a similar situation or am I the only one ? My contact phone number is changed and in my application it was an old contact number. Also, my passports were renewed as they were hand written passports. I haven't yet updated CIC about it as my lawyer asked me to wait until we hear from CIC. Could that be the reason for my MR been delayed ?

Also, my current employer knows about my application for Canada as I had taken a reference letter from them. However, can my employer ( as he is very political ) block any background checks enquiry (if any from CIC) that might result into the delay or denial of my application from CIC at this stage ?

I received request for Medical and police clearance today 14th July.
I am asked to provide PCC for Kuwait ( I currently live here), Australia ( I lived here for 7 yrs) and India ( I
Have never lived in India)

I have an Indian passport ( Non resisdential Indian) , never lived there for more than 6 months but they mentioned for a PCC from India. Should I just just write a letter stating I never lived there for 6 month

I already have my PCC for Kuwait and Australia but not for India since I never lived there. What should I do ??

Hi Guys, Just an update on my process.. done with medicals, got a call today from MAX Delhi that they had uploaded result to CIC...Already sent email to WVO with Scan copy of passport, receipt of RPRF & medicals. now waiting for TLU..
