Ideally after confirming with my agent, we have sent RPRF,PCC,Passport Zerox, Medical Reciept through courier. Further scanned passport copy and courier reciept in email for them to indicate that courier is already reached Warsaw.

I know its little late but tought its better late then never ...Just to keep every body in Loop ..i have got my medical request on 9th may 2015 ...however it was forwarded by my consultant on 11th may (saturday and sunday being a Holiday) i was asked for PCC and MR ..Below are my time lines..

NOC 2172
PER January 15th 2015
VO NDVO/Warsaw-Poland
AOR Febuary 26th
SLU April 17th
MR 9th May

can we pay fee in INR.

when VO is WVO, you don't have an option of paying in INR

people have got SLU without AOR as well, so delay in AOR doesn't matter much...

I received request for Medical and police clearance today 14th July.
I am asked to provide PCC for Kuwait ( I currently live here), Australia ( I lived here for 7 yrs) and India ( I
Have never lived in India)

I have an Indian passport ( Non resisdential Indian) , never lived there for more than 6 months but they mentioned for a PCC from India. Should I just just write a letter stating I never lived there for 6 month

I already have my PCC for Kuwait and Australia but not for India since I never lived there. What should I do ??

Will be grateful for guidance

Hi, You will have to get the PCC for India as they have asked for it. VO may not accept the letter you intend to write.
You should contact the Indian Embassy/Consulate in Kuwait at the earliest for Indian PCC.

Dear friends,
I have recieved the email from CIC asking for medicals and PCC. Glad to have reached this stage after many months.

I have 2 small clarifications. Don't want to sound like a Bimbo but I am quite confused. Hope the knowledgable forum members can guide me.

1. The email says "Please send a copy of all pages of the valid passport(s) for yourself and your accompanying family members by mail, courier or e-mail"

I have 3 passports (1 current and 2 older ones) Should I send copy of all these 3 passports. The reason I am confused is the use of the word 'valid' (only my current ppt is valid) and the word 'passport(s)'. Does that mean I should send copies of even my old passports

2. The email asks me to send a PCC from India. Since I now live in the Middle East the fastest way is to get this from the Indian embassy. But I had already done this and included it when I submitted the application.

Is for some reason the PCC from Indian embassy not acceptable? Does it need to be attested anywhere?
The reason I am confused is I had included both Indian PCC and PCC from Qatar (where I currently live) in my application. CIC has only asked me to give Indian PCC. So maybe I did something wrong in the Indian PCC I submitted last time.

Your Q2 is similar to mine. I also couriered my Indian PCC issued by Consulate of India in China but at the time it was beyond the the validity of 3 months from the date of issue. (At that time CIC had a criteria that PCC should not be older than 3 months when they receive it so they requested it again with medicals. I applied and got a new one from Consulate of India and couriered it again.

Can anyone help me...

Please advise on the process sending passport copies, rprf receipt and medical report tracking letter through the email to warsaw VO. I am finding this very confusing, please need your advise on the process of sending these docs through email.

RPRF and orginal medical receipt (the one you get from the hospital on the day of your medical test which would have your IME number) should be sent by courier (hard copies). Dont worry about the email. I sent mine by courier and got my TLU and DM status within 2 weeks.

I sent the passport copies, Org medical receipt, Org PCC and RPRF summary by courier to WVO.

I have to pay CAD 490 for each person which makes to 980 CAD. Now, when I visited the website to pay the fee, before submitting it says No. of applications" corresponding to CAD490. What should I select - 1 application or 2 application.

Yes you have to select 2 application. Single reciept should be created for Primary and Co-applicant.

I think you have to select 2 because 1 means 1 applicant & fee is 490 CAD & in your case you are 2 applicant you have to select 2 & to pay 980 CAD.
Kindly try it & tell me how much amount system show for fee payment.
