FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Hi forum members,

need your help. I have been asked for the pcc, medicals and also a birth certificate for myself. no in the application itslef i had mentioned that since the birth certificate was unavailable at the time ( early 1970's ), I had submitted an fidavit along with my class X and class Xii marksheets/documents.
Should I re-submit the same at this time.
Thanks in advance.

app recvd on dec9 , 2014
per in feb 25th
aor on april 10

affidavit mentioning your birth place and date, and your fathers , mothers name will suffice, 10th certificate mentioning the dob shouls also be attached as an additional proof

Try to get a birth certificate from the Municpal authorities somehow explain your case and urgency. Dont take chance. If affidavit was acceptable they shouldnt have asked it now as you had already submitted it.

if birth certificate is impossible to get get a non-availability certificate from you municipality/corporation as the case may be. Some of the Visa Officers are strict on birth certificates as they feel that affidavit can be obtained very easily by anybody by paying a minor fees.

if birth certificate is impossible to get get a non-availability certificate from you municipality/corporation as the case may be. Some of the Visa Officers are strict on birth certificates as they feel that affidavit can be obtained very easily by anybody by paying a minor fees.

In municipality office you will find agents and they will charge approx 2000 to 3000 rupees and they will help you give birth certificate in couple of weeks.

Hello Guys,

I received the medical request last week and i sent the medical tracking sheet to Warsaw via courier along with PCC, RPRF receipt and Passport copy today.

My doubt is that whether there is any harm if i sent these documents by Email as well. I have the scanned copy of all these docs i sent as hardcopy.

Looking for your responses.

Hi,
is anyone aware of Chilean consulate in India other than the Embassy in Delhi.
The embassy seems to be busy due to Nepal earthquake and they are not responding to the PCC request. Its almost a month I have requested them.

I was asked to re-submit the PCC in my RPRF/MR mail (Apr 17th). As the original one got expired

Kindly revert if any one else has collected Chilean PCC..

Hi Guys,

I got MR email from WVO which also asks for copies of passport, PCC and RPRF fee.

My passport is going to expire in November, 2015 and the MR email specifically states that The passport should be the passport that you intend to use to enter Canada. So, I will have to get the passport re-issued now.

But WVO has also specified the following:
Please comply with the above mentioned requirements within 30 days from today. If this deadline is not met, your application will be assessed based on the information that was provided with your application and your application could be refused.

I wanted to know how strict WVO is about this 30 days limit as I might not meet it. And what is the best bet to inform them about this and ask for extension.

Hi All,
I have a query. I am residing presently in INDIA.
I got mail from Warsaw office for medical, police report, Right of PR Fee and photocopy of all pages of passport.

I have few questions:
1. Can they call me for interview at this stage of my application ?? Will they call me to Warsaw office.
2. What will be the next step if i send all the above items.
3. How will the stamp my passport, will they ask me for my orignal passport to be sent to them through courier to Warsaw office.

Please help me.
