I'll be grateful if somebody can advise me on these 2 queries:
1) As part of document request email by WVO, I have sent both hard & soft copies of my "current valid passport".
I had stayed in Canada previously for about 4 years as a student and that Canadian visa is in my expired passport, Is it necessary to send copies of my old expired passport too?
The email from WVO states:
"Please send a
copy of all pages of the valid passport(s) for yourself and your accompanying family members by mail, courier or e-mail.
"
The passport should be the passport that you intend to use to enter Canada.
Only Current Valid Passport - All pages, no need to notarize, Please send by email and also by Courier, for safer side
2) When I sent my passport copies by email, I received 2 automated emails from WVO. The first one says "your email has been received" but the second one says "Delivery has failed. The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later". Should I resend the mail OR its been received?? ???
