Praise God!! Got my MR request along with the forms on May 9th evening. Received the mailer from the consultant this morning.
Super Super Happy. Planning to complete the MR this week

BTW - They have requested for Passport Copies + MR + RPRF only (no PCC - this may be because we submitted the PCC as part of the application)

Which is the correct courier address to send e-Medical receipt, RPRF Demand Draft and copies of all pages of passports at Warsaw Visa Office, Poland out of below two addresses:

1. Immigration Section
Embassy of Canada
ul. Piekna 2/8
00-481 Warszawa
Poland

2. Embassy of Canada
Visa Section
ul. Piekna 2/8
00-481 Warsaw
Poland

The first one is in the main MR email requesting documents such as RPRF and copies of all pages of passports.
The second one is in the medical form email.

So, pls guide urgently as to which address should be mentioned while making courier to WVO??

Fairy, u will definitely get MR..apart from me there are 2-3 people with Noc 1123 who had SLUs around 8th April got their MR between 6th and 9th may. Did u check your spam folder..

I have got my medical done today, from Sadhu Vaswani, Shanti niketan New Delhi. At the time of appointment I was told It will be e-medical but at the time of medical they asked for four photos , I dont know why?
Secondly Pl tell me what documents I have to send to Warsaw because medical receipts are not mentioned in the MR mail.
Further I got form E 1017 with a stamp on my photo from Sadhu Vaswani Medical Centre should i send the form with passport pages and RPRF receipt. Please reply, those who have already sent their docs to Warsaw,

We also completed medicals recently and we did ask them how reports would be submitted. They said email would be sent to VO in 2-3 days. Please check with hospital where you took medicals. We need to send original Medical reciept to VISA office and do keep some zerox and scan copy with you. Also RPRF reciept filled with our UCI number and other details. PCC certificate and zerox of all current passport pages.

Check your 1st email that you recieved from VO for medicals. In that they have mentioned Mailing address. We have sent to Immigration section as that was mentioned in our Email.

Go for Max Hospital i did my medical on this month from same venue it will take 4 ~ 6 hrs.They have e-medical facility.4200 fees for adult & 1350 for kids

Hi friends,
I'll be grateful if somebody can advise me on these 2 queries:
1) As part of document request email by WVO, I have sent both hard & soft copies of my "current valid passport".
I had stayed in Canada previously for about 4 years as a student and that Canadian visa is in my expired passport, Is it necessary to send copies of my old expired passport too?

The email from WVO states:

"Please send a copy of all pages of the valid passport(s) for yourself and your accompanying family members by mail, courier or e-mail.
"The passport should be the passport that you intend to use to enter Canada.

2) When I sent my passport copies by email, I received 2 automated emails from WVO. The first one says "your email has been received" but the second one says "Delivery has failed. The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later". Should I resend the mail OR its been received?? ???
