FSWP2014 Applicants from India with files transferred to Warsaw visa office.

Hi Seniors ,
my wife is in 4th month pregnancy and we are expecting MR request by mid june. i am not sure if i need to notify visa office for this development now or should i wait till MR request comes.
i fear if i notify for pregnancy before SLU , my case could be delayed.
please suggest what should I do.

I have got my medical done today, from Sadhu Vaswani, Shanti niketan New Delhi. At the time of appointment I was told It will be e-medical but at the time of medical they asked for four photos , I dont know why?
Secondly Pl tell me what documents I have to send to Warsaw because medical receipts are not mentioned in the MR mail.
Further I got form E 1017 with a stamp on my photo from Sadhu Vaswani Medical Centre should i send the form with passport pages and RPRF receipt. Please reply, those who have already sent their docs to Warsaw,

I am 29/12 applicant in NOC 1212. Received PER 28/3. File transferred to Warsaw. Waiting for AOR. Hope for faster processing.

Fairy, u will definitely get MR..apart from me there are 2-3 people with Noc 1123 who had SLUs around 8th April got their MR between 6th and 9th may. Did u check your spam folder..

Hi Friends,

Before 6 months i suffered from alleric brochistis due to dust and had cold and cough... now it is cured... but there are no signs of tuberculosis....did several other tests too to rule out TB.. do i need to inform this during medicals ?

As of now 2 doctors said my xray is normal where as one of them said xray shows some injuries but tb cannot be suspected by that.

Please advice

Hope they took a photo of yourself during the medicals. That would be the same photo which would be embedded on your medical receipt . Can you check that ? If yes, you are good to go.

Reg 4 photos that is part of the process I guess, they asked me too (why worry about that).. They used it on the forms in my medical file however it doesn't show up on the medical receipt given by them after the tests.

Yes you have to send the original medical receipt, along with your PP copies (all pages), RPRF printout (filled) and PCC original if requested and any other documents and cover letter (to be professional)..Read the MR email word by word.

I have done the above and sent them to WVO. Im now in DM status

People who have got their DM recently have sent their copies to warsaw.... If you will see the previous posts you will come to know... It has ro be sent to warsaw.

Just follow the email instructions TM2014! Why there is a confusion. Why calling them. The MR email is very clear and that is your VO and they are the ones who decides whether you get a visa or not. For applicants whose VO is moved from NDVO to WVO, the NDVO is just the final office where our visas would be stamped ( as we cannot send out passport to WVO) thats it !!!! No confusions. the final step would occur once u get the PPR.

Any one know if Apollo hospital in Chennai is eMedical enabled? Per medical request e-mail, I should complete check up within 30 days. My family is not in town hence can be done only by first week of June, which is close to the 30 day mark..

Yes it is eMedicals enabled. You would have a tight deadline then. They are very busy so pls book an appointments in advance. You can call them (Apollo Heart Center - Greams Road) on 044 6060 1066 and book ur slot immediately. Its costs Rs 4100 per applicant.

Need help...I had submitted my PCC along with my app. But now in the RPRF mail, there is a request from them to send the PCC again with the comment "Police certificate(s) from India for yourself and must include your former name." My visa office is Warsaw.

After marriage, my full name got appended with my husband's name (after dropping the part that was my father's name). Did any one have a similar problem...and how it got resolved.
