I don't see this being a rejection reason at all. Just make sure that you provide detailed explanation in cover letter.

As you are in RPO Delhi area, do drop an email to rpo.delhi @ mea.gov.in Explain them what you want, if they say its not possible attached that communication as well to your submission to CHC. It will make more sense for them to have it in written format form Passport authority in India.

I have one more query.. I am basically from Bareilly (UP) and our passports have been issued in Bareilly only.. So I have taken my PCC from passport office, Bareilly. However, I am working in Gurgaon, so I have been staying here from the last 5 years. So does it makes any difference if the PCC was issued from Bareilly or Gurgaon..

Your Bareilly PCC is good enough. They want one PCC for Country.

I'm no senior but as per my understanding, if valid PCC is sent with the application, then it will not be asked again. However, any other country's PCC will be asked if period of stay is greater than 6 months in that country.

PCC on spot only when Passport is issued with in last six months. Else verification is required.

I had my passport issued in 2007 but got PCC on the spot in Hyderabad PSK ( passport office).
In my case, my file in their records had clear police verification so they issued it on the spot.

My wife, who's passport was renewed 6 months ago had to wait 1 week because her police verification records were not updated. They issued PCC after getting police verification done.

I have received One Medical Request email and asking to mail Passport copy, RPRF Fee, PCC(India).
IT DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY ATTACHMENTS. Will I receive separate email with Attachments? or Did I miss it?
Generally How did Medical Request email looks like?
(a) Single Email with Attachements ??
(b) First Email with Medical request email and asking to mail Passport copy, RPRF Fee, PCC(India). Second email with Medical request email with Attachment for Medical Forms??

you must have got another mail subsequent to the one that you have got.
In that mail there would attachments of IMM form ( in PDF format) for each member of your accompanying family sith separate IME no.
Please chek your spam/junk mails also.
