There is no such way to recover the email if you have deleted it by mistake... Did you check your thrash folder?? You might get it if you have not deleted it fully... If still you don't get it, you have to raise CSE and explain the situation to them and to request them to send an email again.

Thanks mate for reply. My question was not to retrieve the email. If i know its in trash/spam i can restore that. Point is i dont know

Anyways, i think CSE is the only solution to know if i ever received MR email or not.

I have got MR Yesterday. I have moved to singapore recently and should I undergo medical test here in singapore with cic panel doctors? or should I travel to india to do so? In addition to this, PCC - Is there any way to get india pcc from singapore?

Yes, you can get PCC in Singapore via Indian embassy. You need to visit their service counter which is being operated by 3rd party. And is open till late night.

You need to visit there and handover the documents to get the PCC. The service counter will call you after a week to collect it.

Hi PM88,

My understanding and what I intend to do is send all these documents in hard copies. [Originals and xerox copies], because CIC would need the PCC in originals anyways. So while sending it there is no harm sending the other docs too in hard copies rather than scanned copies, as the courier packet would not exceed the min 0.5 Kgs anyways. I use DHL. [Having said that , note that the additional document request email DOES NOT state anywhere that you should send the RPRF/Medical receipts/RPRF receipt ONLY by courier]

Once every other document is ready , we can send the same by courier, which should complete the process and all we need to wait for is for the PPR.

I will be sending the following in originals/xerox copies:

Cover Letter
Document request email from WVO (This is the MR)
Medical request email + IME PDF (This would have come separately on the same day of your MR)
Passport xerox copy (All 36 pages)
ORIGINAL PCC(s)
ORIGINAL MEDICAL RECEIPT (This would be given to you on the day of the medical test from the hospital)
RPRF Fee Receipt

If you have got ur MR, you would have noticed that ALL passport pages are required to be sent by Courier/Mail/Email. So do send it by email too the moment you receive that email ( I'm referring only to the scanned passport pages here).

The address I would send the packet by courier would be:

Immigration section - Warsaw | Section d'immigration - Varsovie
Embassy of Canada in Poland | Ambassade du Canada en Pologne
ul. Piekna 2/8
00-482 Warszawa

What is the best option for getting PCC in India, went to commissioner office, and they are telling it will take around 1 month.also tried on PASSPORT website, but unbale to book slot . Meanwhile VISA office need all docs in 30 days.
Please help

Your Present & passport address is same if yes then no issue you got pcc very quickly from RPO.
If both address are different & you dont have present address proof then process is complicated.

Second Line Updated: Processing started on 17th Apr

Since my wife's passport has the post marriage name, the PCC issued to us has only her current name. So I am not sure how to get a PCC that has both the names (Maiden as well as married). Also is it really required???

You should send a cover letter with the description that why there is different name. If they feel its major issue VO will ask again else you are fine.
