Actually the name is not different anywhere. The name in the application, passport and PCC all are same (post marriage name). But CHC wants to have both the names on the PCC, which seems difficult as the passport authorities will issue PCC only on the mentioned in the passport... But yes I will...

I have already raised a case specific query but it will take around 20-30 days for them to revert. But I have just 7-10 days to send the PCC. Hence I would require some advice from you guys. Otherwise I will have to send the PCC with the current name only.. Thanks in advance..
