zac989 said:Good day, everyone! I just want to ask a question regarding CPR and possibly sponsorship in the future.
My friend is the Principal Applicant, filed for PR with common law and declared child of common law as dependent. In her CPR, child appears as dependant but the child is not in common law's CPR but instead, it listed her as the dependent. Here come my questions:
1. Is this the correct way of how dependents should be listed in CPR?
2. Can the common law apply to sponsor the child in the future?
Thanks in advance!

Just sharing....Our status in ECAS is now "Decision Made". I have also received email invites to attend the Free Pre-Departure Seminar for Immigrants from CEM. Haven't received our passports yet. Hopefully it's gonna be Visa Approved for me and my family when returned to us.
Thank you and Praise you our God for for the wonderful progress of our visa application, for me and all here in this forum.
Happy Holidays, everyone)

Karbanah said:Hi, no.. Di pa nga e.. My bad.. Kasi hndi ko pala nabayaran ang shipment, so I have to pick it up from their office.. Problem is I'm not in Manila, so I have to send an authorization letter pa to my Tita so she can go pick it up.. So delay nananman.. Grabeng test of patience to. July 2014 applicant kaya ako.. E anong petsa na? Hahhaha.. But sige lang, since konting tiis na lang naman![]()
Duchess said:Hi Karbanah,
My advice: Kung pick up is from VFS Global along Chino Roces in Makati, I think they have a 3pm cut-off, so be sure lang na before 3pm nandun na yung pi pick up. If late ng ilang minutes, talk to the security guard at sabihin na baka pwedeng makiusap sa receptionist, don't forget to mention it's for Permanent Resident Visa. They accommodate kc pag PR. Nevertheless, it's safer to be there ng umaga.
I went there to submit our passports and other required documents last Noveber at yan ang nangyari.Buti na lang at mabait yung receptionist at madiskarte yung guard. Ipapaiwan ang mobile phone sa labas, papers and wallet lang pde sa loob.
Medyo na late nga sa yo but remember, "last but not the least" and "save the best for last" kung bonga naman pala ang naghihintay na blessing and opportunity sa yo.
All the best....
