Pwede rin pala.. heheh

Since i have filled up the fields nung OR after printing and scanned again to send them back through email. Coz i thought there was an instruction needed to fill up the form.

pinoysg.. i believe you can have this option din without filling up. As long as your UCI or App number is clearly indicated.

God bless

Hi ronnel the 6-month validity rule is mentioned on the ppr -

The validity of your passport(s) must be at least six (6) months beyond the visa validity
date (note that any passport received with a shorter validity than the date shown above
will result in a reduced validity for entry to Canada for all members of your family, if any).

When is your visa expiry?

Our visa will expire on March 2016. But from what I understand from the phrase above is that, if your passport is still valid until the visa expiry, it wouldn't be an issue. It will, however, become an issue if your passport will expire before the visa expiry. In our case, my daughters passport will expire July 2016 but our visa expiry is earlier than that which is March 2016.

Hi Ronnel, To be quite honest I am not completely certain if you will be allowed to leave. have you done your PDOS already? the 6-month rule is also mentioned as a requirement, i.e. Original and photocopy of passport (must be valid about six months before date of travel). The PPR may have mentioned the 6-month rule because of this restriction.

would you know kung pwede pa pong magregister ulit ng COA kung hindi naka-attend sa scheduled date?

Hi fanmail, for COA, after you register online, someone will email you to confirm your schedule. You should respond to this mail and advise that you cannot make it, I am sure he/she will sign you up on the next available schedule. Have fun!

Thanks po s reply. N contact n po nya yung friend nya and naginquire s PSB s shenzen but since daw cancelled n yung visa and year 2005 hindi daw po pwd n friend nya ang kumuha. Need daw nya personally pumunta. Which is hindi po possible.

Meron n kaming PCC from Phil and UAE and deadline namin is 30 days from July 23. Pano po b mag request s VO? I-submit po namin ung 2 pcc namin then request letter para ma waive yung china PCC? Pag sinabi bang 30 days from 23 July ang max date po b nun is date n marceive nila yung docs or date ng shipment s courier?

Pasensya n po maraming tanong. Thanks po.

Sorry to hear that...really impossible so You can explain that to the VO.go ahead and submit ung dalawa tas sa cover letter nyo iexplain nyo na u tried ur best to get for China PCC but to no avail dahil nga kealngan pa na punta sya personal dito sa China which entails lots of expenses and time. Kelangan andoon na sa VO ung documents together wth ur letter of explanation on or before your due date of submission.para safe, give it a week earlier na receive nila. Hope that helps

Hi ronnel,

I assumed you have your visa on hand already. We have the same case, my passport will expire next August 2016 while my visa expiry is at June 2016 which is 2months earlier.

In this case, if ever me and my family will depart to Canada lets say October or November this year. There will be no issue at all. However, we plan to land in Canada next year May 2016. I will still be allowed to enter Canada since i am still within the validity of the visa. But the issue will be with the airlines, most of them do not allow a passenger to travel with 6 or less months remaining of the passport expiry.

I have scheduled for an appointment to renew my current PP this November, since it's the latest available date here in SG.

For your case, i believe if you will land in Canada this year there will be no issue on the 6month rule. You can then do your daughter's PP renewal in Ca.

Hope this helps.. ;)

Thanks, QueenAngel! :)

What else pa po ba ang need ko gawin after this? May seminar pa noh?
