Good day po.

Mag ask lang po sana ako ng help/advise kung paano po makakakuha ng China Police Clearance/Certificate.

Nag stay po kasi ang spouse ko for for almost 2 years from 2004 under Business Visa.

We contacted already an agency however they only process for Beijing and my spouse stayed in Shenzen province.

Yung pinaka best and fast way po sana as we are only given 30 days to submit.

Hi Polarburr!!! Yes, nagsubmit kami ng letter requesting to waive the PCC requirement. Salamat.., isa ka sa mga nagpalakas ng loob ko.

Pati yung problema ko sa NBI clearance na ilang beses nanghingi ng copy using my "incorrect middle name" as reflected sa birth certificate ko, naiayos rin. Ang ginawa ko nagpadala ako ng 3 copy of original wiith different middle names. Salamat sa Dyos, nakaraos rin at narating rin namin ang stage na ito.

Sa lahat po ng mga katulad namin na hinihingan ng CEM ng PCC from Saudi Arabia, kung mahirap po sa inyo na ma-obtain ito, gawa lang po kayo ng letter. I-detail nyo po ang current situation ninyo and provide other supporting documents like exit clearance and passports with exit/entry stamps from KSA. May pag-asa po na ma-waive rin ang requirement. Kapit lang at sabayan ng dasal.

Praise the Lord and congratulations! Inspired din ako sa ginawa ninyo kasi in process din ako sa pagkuha ng Qatar PCC. Hirap maglakad dito pinas kagagaling ko Dubai and di pa me sanay dito Manila at ilang beses na ako pabalik balik just to process authentication of fingerprint na mahirap iprocess dito sa Pilipinas considering na ipapadala ko pa sa representative ko sa Qatar while struggling for the deadline

Good day.

Bago lang po. May application po ako sa agency here sa manila. and according to them pasado ako sa skilled trade 67 points for express entry.
Ngayon is that naghihintay na lang po ako ng LMIA galing sa employer at job offer. So, yung sitwasyon ngayon is yung agency is williing akong maghanap ng immigration consultant sa labas. meaning, mag outsourcing ako. hanap po sana ako saan pwede makahanap ng murang immigration consultant or mga visa assistance? at kung meron man, magkakano kaya magagastos ko?

under po ako ng NOC B 6322.

Sana po may magreply.

Hi eagles, welcome to the forum. i got my dm 5 days after I sent my passport, and i received my passport with visa 2 weeks after dm.

Hi! If ur husband has some friends during his stay in Shenzhen who can help you apply for that but the difficult thing is they will need ur hubby's passport.
Another option is to request ur VO to waive it and explain ur difficult situation of acquiring it.just submit copies of his stamped entry and exit during that time.
