Hi sino po dito nka experience ng ganitong situation. I was once married and got 1 daughter with my ex-husband but it's anulled already last year. And now i am married again for the 2nd time and with another new daughter. Nag apply kami dito sa fswp for canada as married with my new hubby. All is well yung processing namin at tapos na rin kami sa medicals namin. The problem is CEM emailed us asking for addtional documents regarding the NSO birth certificate of my 2nd daughter regarding the birth order discrepancy. Bakit daw "2nd" ang nkalagay sa NSO BC niya.. hindi ko kasi ininclude yung1st daughter ko sa application namin kasi wala siya sa side ko lumaki. Andun siya nkatira sa ex-husband ko. Is this a ground for visa refusal? Misrepresentation? Hindi ko siya dineclare sa dependents ko.

Gumawa ka ng letter of explanation bakit hindi mo isinama yung details ng 1st daughter mo sa application. Include her birth nso certificate and your annulment papers. Ipagdasal mo na lang na mabait yung visa officer sa case mo kasi may misinterpretation ka na ginawa sa application.

Mrami pa po bang july applicants na wala pa din update until now? Ako kc khit khit 2nd line wla p din, its been 5 months after I received PER.

July 2 applicant here..NOC 1111 wala pa din update - no 2nd line, no MR...

Nabasa ko somewhere that MVO or CEM is looking for additional staff, yung Medical Assessor yata. Nasa FB page nila. MVO ba mga kabayan natin ang mga tao?

ang sasabihin lang ng cem is within 18months of processing time.
mas maganda is iset nyo na lang talaga na 18months ang aabutin para sa visa para iwas stress.

Not all who sent CSE to CEM will receive the generic reply.
I also sent cse 2 weeks ago and CEM replied with " Please be advised that your application is still in progress. We will advise you in writing......."
All we have to do is to wait patiently as they always put in their replies. baka mamaya mas lalo pa babagalan ng CEM.haha

Tanggapin na lang na mabagal si CEM kase may mga iba pang program na sumasabay gaya ng FAM, EE.

naghahabol kasi ako ng deadline by june kasi sana makapag land na ko, kung DM na baka magfile na ko resignation kaso one month notice pa.
