ano NOC code nyo po? mejo matagal response ng cic sa email inquiries, pro they do reply namn. if agency kayo maybe you can check with your agency if may email na from cic, or check with BPI if naaencash na bank draft. afaik, may mga december applicants na meron na PER; Im also an Oct applicant btw. haven't tried calling cic but you may call them for an update, try the following number which i got from another thread, hope it helps.

Use options 1 1 1 Line will be transferred to CIO.
Use options 1 1 3
You will be asked application number thrice. Do not enter anything.
Line will be transferred to a CIC call centre officer..

Sir, kailan po dumating yong PER mo? We will try to inquire in ENHANCE IMMIGRATION AGENCY but they said no response or email from CIC.

Hello!

We have a little bit of situation.

My wife just got offered an onsite assignment sa US, it'll be 1 year and can possibly be extended (or permanent transfer). Her company will pay for all visa fees (L1), per diem and accommodation. And since I'm the spouse, I'm eligible to apply for L2 visa as well.

Will there be any problem if CEM finds out that we have working visas in US? Will this hinder our chances?

Problem pa is, we're still waiting for MR. Possible pang mauna tong US visa kaysa sa PPR if ever.

Sir vlan2015, NOC po 3012. Pumunta napo kami sa BPI ang sabi nila, we will make a letter to check if the bank draft was in cash or not and they will send it to Manila. Sir, kailan po dumating yong PER mo? We will try to inquire in ENHANCE IMMIGRATION AGENCY but they said no response or email from CIC.

PER received last 29 January 2015, timeline ko nasa left side. Im from Cebu din diay bai. try nyo nlng cgro tumawag sa CIC while waiting response from the bank and CIC, sabi sa ibang post eh mejo mhirap dw makapasok ung call sa tamang queue and makakuha ng update but keep trying lng daw.

Bai vlan2015, unsa ka na agency or ning agi ka ug agency? ang bilis naman dumating yong PER mo. ang sa amin until now wala pa..

Most are saying that September applicants did not make it to the Cap..
