Most October applicants have received their file numbers from CIC-CIO by now. All i can suggest is you can send an email inquiry to CIO themselves to get a respond and it is the most accurate information you will get for your application status. Kindly take note their respond time is around 40-60days from the date of your inquiry. Please follow below..

Hello mga SIR/MAM,

Unfortunately my application was denied due to quota reached. My concerns is about the Bank Draft. Meron po kasi un 6 month expiration. Nov. 14, 2014 ko po nakuha ang demand draft. Nag-ask po ako sa Call Center ng CIC and they said na-forward na nila ung application pabalik po dito sa pinas last Feb. 25, 2015 via Regular Mail. Nag-ask po ako sa Consultancy po namin (CIC) it will take 3 months daw po. Kung 3 months nga tlga yun means Expired na po ung validity ng Bank Draft. Ayaw ko po sana ma-waste ung money. Do you have any Idea guys on how long will my applications will return back here in Philippines? Thanks...

3 months mahigit, minsan mawawala pa kasi regular mail lang ang ginamit.

please check kung anong visa office ang nilagay nyo sa form and check kung anong email ad ang ginamit nila para sa notifications

Hello ulit Cuapoa. My tanong ulit ako. Ung LCR birth certificate ba ang sinubmit mo? Ang meron kasi ako LCR authenticated ng NSO. Tumawag CEM khpon, pinapasubmit na lahat ng requirements except ung photocopy ng biopage ng passport ni baby. Thanks in advance! Very helpful mga info from ur experience

Sorry late reply sa inquiry mo. Yup dapat ung authenticated ng NSO ung susubmit mo. pero kahit certified true copy and notarized lang okay na un.
