Dalawa ginawa kong way. Una nag email ako dun sa email address na nakasulat kung saang VO ako. Sa case ko Singapore to
To: spore@international.gc.ca

Then, nagsend din ako sa "Case Specific Inquiry" nila. Dun sa cic website hanapin mo lang ung Case specific inquiry then i think pipili ka ng country ng VO mo. At sulat mo lang dun ung info na gusto mo change.

Both naman nagsend ng auto-response to acknowledge ung question ko, pero hindi na sila nagpadala ng confirmation na nabago na nila ung address ko, instead nung pag open ko sa ECAS after 3 days okay na, reflected na ung new address ko.

Hello guys! Before PPR ba naeencash muna ang MANAGERS check for RPRF? gaano ba katagal maencash yun? Tumwag kase aq s bpi hindi pa daw naencash. Oct 22 q pa un pinagawa and wala p q PPR. SLEC global sent our medical nov 10, 2014. Wala p rn update s ecas q. Medyo mabagal ata tlaga ngayon ang CEM

Yes, eencash muna nila ang RPRF before they send you PPR.

Mine took 8 calendar days before naencash ang MC. Baka naman naencash na, have it double checked kay BPI.

If Nov 10 nasend ung medical, then expect your PPR this week or worst next week.

Just sent my RPRF PAYMENT via email sa CEM

Do they sent confirmation that they already recieved it?

Nag send din po ako ng additional docs e.g. NBI CLEARANCE and sent via LBC, ok lng ba na security guard ang nag received and not The CEM employee?

Uhm, if you can, please go dun mismo sa branch na pinagkunan mo, and dun mismo sa teller na nagbigay sayo para macheck nya mismo.
Ung mga agent kasi minsan sa phone is not really helpful sometimes.
yun eh kung may time ka lang naman and not hassle for you.

I checked mine kasi dun mismo sa teller (which happens to be a friend of mine).
So she was able to give me a date kung kelan na encash ung MC.
