Sa case ko naglagay ako ng proof like Deed of Sale at TCT para dun sa mga assets na nilagay ko. Dun sa liabilities naman nilagay ko yung Loan Approval dun sa sasakyan namin at yung computation kung magkano na lang natitira sa loan. Wala naman naging problem at nabigyan naman ako ng PER.

Buena manong tanong ngayong lunes Advisable po bang mag attach proof of documents para sa idedeclare na assets? o kahit wala na ayos lang? May mga gumawa napo ba? May mga instances napo bang may hiningan ng additional documents sa assets and liabilities? o puro sa settlement funds lang ang hinihingi nila?

I just would like to share our Happiness now. Our Mastercard was only charged this morning around 2am.

Really thankful 1st of all to God Almighty. And still continue to Pray sincerely for the further processing our application.

Country of origin: Philippines
Country of residence: Korea

Since 2008 dto na ako nakatira sa korea and umuuwi lng ako sa pinas kapag nagbabakasyon pinakamatagal na yung two weeks.
Kelangan ko ba ilista lahat nung times na umuwi ako ng pilipinas at bumalik ng korea?
Ang sabi sa form is trips outside country of origin and residence eh pabalik pabalik lng nman ako sa dalawa.
O ang ilalagay ko lng is yung country na pinuntahan ko bukos da pinas and korea?

Any thoughts?

you should only include travels aside from going to and fro Philippines and Korea, except for the time that you are not yet a Korean resident (include your travels to Korea for the times you were using tourist visa).

I beg to disagree po with all respects. Personally I have asked BPI (KALAYAAN AVENUE DILIMAN BRANCH) about the status of my DD.

Consistently, they are providing a status.

So tingin ko depende sa branch ;D

tanong ko lang grayninja2014, sabi din ba ng bpi sau, eemail daw nila headofc nila sa intramuros para ma-verify if na encashed na yung DD? kasi yun ang sabi sa akin and hindi daw agad-agad sasagot yun.

ok, lahat ng visa ko papunta korea is working then nung pagdating ko dito binigyan na ako ng alien card.
kaso iba ang case ng sa family ko, kumuha sila ng tourist visa sa pinas then pagdating dito inapply ko sila ng dependent family visa.
Pano kya kapag ganun?

Kimchi, there is no harm in disclosing every travel back and forth for your peace of mind. Anyway all entry and exit stamps appeared in your passport and family members' passports.

Sa mga gamit is dd, the date of encashment/negotiation of the dd is almost same period of the charging of cc of your batchmates (same date of receipt), so pag nakita nyo na nagchacharge na ang apps for the same date of receipt sa malamang sa hindi negotiated narin dd nyo. Next step is to inquire from your issuing bank. Issuing bank usually is lazy in getting information from their main office. 1 out 10 lang ang swerte na nabigyan ng info when the dd was encashed. Kasama na ako sa 10 na yon.

So after getting a "dont know"answer from the branch's staff and the bank's customer agent, I gave up and just relaxed and prayed.
Do not worry as long as your app is good and the noc is not yet filled up then PER will arrive.

Good news for Mykel and Dmac. PER will show up in your emails inbox in 10-15 days.
