If you are going for DIY, take your time reviewing the forms and requirements again and again. Have someone who also knows the process to double-check it for you. Compile documents and organize it for easy reference. :)

Thanks Bosschips! :)

Chill ba to sa tingin nyo?

This was my dilemma too.
Yes it is still possible. Wait for PER (you will receive this from CEM), then from there update your status.

If you can marry NOW then you may, para pagdating ng docs mo sa CEM may mapprovide ka na documets such us marriage cert etc. We all know certificates here will take a while to produce.

As for us who already receive PPR, CEM included a clause "Do you intend to marry/separate/divorce prior to becoming a Permanent Resident? " and if your answer is yes, then they will call/email you and will ask for add'l documents for your spouse.

Please be noted that all expense will be doubled. Meaning you have to pay RPRF for 2 persons and Settlement funds for 2 persons. So if this is really your plan, then might as well as produce these as early as now.

I backed out on this for a simple personal reason that I don't wanna rush our marriage.
If yours are already planned out from the start, then why not? go for it!

Goodluck!

Hi,
Thank you so much for the reply.

I want to marry, but not immediately. I dont wanna rush it, too. But, it seems like this is the best option that I have for now. Anyway, just wanna ask, do I have to present the full $CAD 14,720 for the proof of funds of 2 persons? or can I just send additional bank statement to add up to the first proof of funds that I sent?

Thanks so much and Congratulations!

Not a senior but yes you may request for another original copy. Sa IDP ka ba? You may download "Additional TRF Request for Forwarding to Institution(s)" here: http://www.idp.com/philippines/ielts/support/downloadableforms

Then iprint mo din yung Documents Checklist for FSWP para yun ipapakita mo sa kanila na you need another original copy kasi they need proof. :)

staled and not encashed kasi ang demand draft ko tapos no ecas, no per, no news from the agent and no returned application. sabi ng agent, in my case daw pwede magrequest ng replacement dd ang cio kasi maaga naman nakarating sa kanila ang application ko, nasa cio daw ang delay. tama bah???

This was not required. I submitted mine with all the list lang.
I did not include entry and exit stamps.

Additional question about this, puede ba mag-attach ng additional sheet to extend ung list medyo kulang kasi rows dun sa form. May nakapag try napo ba nito? Thanks again! :)

Yes, I did. On each sheet, indicate name of the form, your name or your spouse . At the bottom naman, affix signature and indicate the date. I also had a cover letter indicating that I have attached additional sheets

Hello Everyone,

I have been a silent reader of this forum and I finally decided to register to participate and share my own queries about the application.

My main issue is to apply under 3012 or 3233 pero as the seniors like bosschips advised other forum mates na RN mas relax ka kung 3233 na i-ffile.

Mag FFile palang ako soonest is next week. Dapat sna NOC 3012 aapply-an ko pero after reading mga post dito I have decided na NOC 3233 na apply-an.

Sana tama decision ko. I think kailangan ko lang ma share and atleast makakua ng moral support from all of you na naghihintay, mag aapply and kaka apply palang.

Maraming salamat sainyo. God Bless us all.

Gamit ko po DHL. Visit ka lang on any Cheers stores at mayron sila. Alam ko mayron silang fast track or normal. Normal lang gamit ko and dumating naman in 7 days as promised.

Goodluck sa application.

Ok po Sir fespenido. Salamat po ng marami...

God Bless!!!

Meron po bang nakaexperience sa inyo na hindi dumating yung medical forms within 72 hours after your MR mail? As per my MR mail kasi it will be sent separately within 72 hours pero until now wala pa din akong narereceive na forms. Nakaschedule pa naman ako for medical bukas. :o

Not sure about this but i think you can send POF of your spouse + your POF that you sent.
Combined, it should be $CAD 14,720.

They might think kasi why biglang lumaki ung previous fund mo dun sa isang bank, saan nanggaling yun??

So i think the safest will be producing another bank cert coming from your spouse.
In any way naman, you are already married, so you are sharing the same resources na.

Thanks and goodluck!!
