Hello po! Ask ko lang po if anybody here is under the agency CIC? Ano pong feedback niyo sa service/ assistance nila? I am a Sept. applicant and since there was a problem with their representative by the time my application was about to be filed, they said they did not include the Representative form daw which I think is better since updates will be sent directly to my personal email. However, my agent told me na once transferred na to Manila VO ang file ko, I still should declare that I am under their agency unless I insist not to. Will it be better po kaya na hindi ko na sila i-declare? Will there be any bearing sa application ko if I have them declared or not? Insights please! Thanks! ;D

Question po... about settlement funds... (re-applying for 2nd time, no news for the 1st application yet)

I'm planning to re-submit this week po, ask ko lang po, I have a company loan and bank loan deductible to my payroll every payday. So naka-reflect siya sa payslip ko. It's better to get a certification from the bank or our company, no question about that.

But jus tthe same, pwede ba na hindi na -declare yun? kaso makikita sa payslip na may deduction. I was planning to submit an ITR na lang kaso iba na salary ko sa work reference letter due to salary increase. ano po best way to do. habol din kasi sa time dahil November na din naman. NOC 1111.

1. Lease Agreement (Rental of Apartment) - dated Sept 2014
2. SIN Card Number
3. Canadian Passport (expired in August 2014) - I can't force her to renew just for my application.

I can hardly ask for documents (personal issues).

Di ko lang alam kung nanghihingi ng payslip as additional documents after ng PER. Pero baka ma-chambahan ka pag hiningi nila un.

Hi,

I want to ask here those who submitted an FBI clearance from the US. The FBI clearance states that it is only effective for the date the submission was originally completed. My FBI clearance is dated 6/21/2014, but I was not able to include it in my original package because it arrived at my house a month later. I didn't wait for it because I knew it would take a while to arrive and CIC allows late submissions of PCCs anyway.

I'm still waiting for my MR/PCC request, which I assume will arrive by the end of November based on the current processing time. Can I submit this FBI clearance by then or should I request for a new one? How old was the FBI clearance that you guys submitted to CEM?

You should include her birth cert and your dad's birth cert to prove that they have the same parents. That's your proof of relationship.

For the proof of status of your relative, it's better to include your aunt's citizenship card, health card and latest utility bill. CIO/CEM will check if your aunt really resides in canada, therefore you must provide evidence of her home address by having scanned copies of her phone bills or utilities bill.

Wag mo na ideclare sasakit lang ulo mo kung saan ka kukuha update..better kaw mismo cobtact nila.. cic agency applicant ako.

Thanks for the link! Submitted my details in our spreadsheet, however, when I looked it up nandun siya sa dulo and hindi nasama to those who received PER. Can anyone or the admins fix it?
