Thanks po sa advice. Mukhang mas madali yan kesa sa ipilit na icorrect yung information. Pero yung affidavit must be notarized by a lawyer in the Philippines dba?
Pede cguro ibigay ko copy ng Canadian passport nya na meron birthdate information. And just like what you also mentioned, we need another affidavit mentioning that the names appearing in the passport and in the certificate of live birth belongs to only 1 person.

Yes, because her birth records are in the Philippines the affidavit should be notarized in the Philippines, or Philippine Consulate in Canada is acceptable also.

Napakahelpful po ng forum na ito for all aspirants. Keep it up!

I have a couple of questions that are bugging me. Perhaps may makakapagbigay po ng advise:

1) I have a daughter from a previous marriage, we were annulled and my 8-yr old daughter is with me. Couldn't find my ex-husband, so I included an explanation letter in my application reason fro him not signing the IMM5604. I also included an affidavit stating that my daughter remained illegitimate and has been with me since birth plus I have re-married. Would this be fine?

*Pinanganak po yung daughter ko na hindi po kami kasal ng daddy nya. kinasal po kami after pero hindi po na-process legitimacy.

2) I also have a step-daughter who is 10 yrs old and have been living with my husband since birth,too. Hindi sila kasal ng mommy ng bata. The mom signed the form. Would this be sufficient?

I know these are complicated, so appreciate po kung sino man makapagbibigay ng guidance.

Through courier ang pagsend ng passport kapag may PPR na diba? check ko lang. hehe. wala pa namang PPR, excited lang..

Gano po katagal na nasa CEM ang passport pag nasend na for PPR bago ibalik na may visa na?

Just would like to ask lang po sa mga may MR na.. usually this is the stage they ask if needed some additional docs. Meron po ba dito hiningan pa ulit ng updated POF? CEM has been consistent po na sufficient na yung POF bank cert. that was provided along with the application sent?

Nag email din kc ako yesterday via case specific inquiry manila sa cic.gc.ca.

Yeeheeeeeeey!!! Sureluck na check ko na just now ang Ecas IN PROCESS NA tapos 1st line palang we received your application for permanent residence last June 16, 2014....

Thank you God and sa forum na ito. Malaking tulong tlaga. Pero yong address nkalagay yong residential address sa Philippines pero tapos na ako nag sign sa CIC ng updated representative form so ibig sabihin ba di mag nag take effect yong bagong rep nla?
