you're welcome :)
it's not the exact look of the nso bc na nka print in yellow paper with NSO seal..
iba ang paper nun..tpos sa likod yun tatak..cannot remember yun exact na seal e..i didn't maintain a copy kase..tsk tsk..
pero i think your local municipality
would know..kelangan lng elaborate sa kanila..i told them na nde accept ni DFA yun civil registrar copy lang..

I see. So hindi mo na rin pala hinintay yung authenticated talaga from NSO?
Last question Edswifey, nag medical din ba si baby kahit new born sya?
During additional Docs request ba nirequire passport ni baby or during PPR na?
Sorry po dami ko tanong. Salamat ulit!!! God bless po!

i think something like booster ung MMR vaccine nila ngayon.
It's not required naman to do the MMR vaccine on your MR because you can go with your family doctor para magpavaccine. BUT you have to secure ung certification na nagpavaccine ka kasi hahanapin nila un (i think sa immigration, not sure) upon landing..

hello po. pag nagpaMMR po ba sa St Lukes, makukuha din po ba agad same day ung certification?

Yes po makukuha that same day. Dont worry forward din ng SLEC ang MMR vaccine certificate sa CEM. I had my medical exam done last October 20 sa SLEC Global. By the wat po, pag Nurse may or health professionals included ang hepatitis screening.

Questions: I haven't got my MR yet, but I'm thinking if I should renew my passport now or not. Passport expiry is on Sept 2015, is it okay? Is it acceptable to travel considering just in case I leave but passport is less than 6 months of the expiry date or would I have any problem with that??? But I have some things to consider first before renewing.

1. Do I have to bring my passport and show it to SLMC when I begin doing my medicals? Or can I use other national IDs? (Let's say I have renewed my passport so then my passport is not with me but with DFA. )
2. If ever let's say I'll be called up for interview for some reason, do I have to bring the passport?
3. If ever interview is waived, should I inform Manila VO via letter that I have renewed (or have a new) my passport?
4. For those who renewed their passports recently, for how long did you get the new passport? Did you surrender the old passport when you applied for renewal sa DFA and did they return it back to you the same day or did they have it sent via courier together with the new passport?

My agent hasn't advised me on anything yet, but initially I was told that my passport is okay and no need to renew daw unless I'm told by either Manila VO or by my agent.

Please advise anyone. Thanks.

Hi po, question Lang po sa mga nagpamedical sa IOM, lahat po ba dapat May immunization or vaccines na Gagawin in each applicant? Kasi Ako, wala sila ni request na for immunization or vaccines, ang Sabi Lang after matapos ang medical, tawag Lang raw Ako after 21 working days Kung nasubmit na or Hindi pa med results ko.

I renewed my son's passport during the waiting time between PER and MR. I got our MR September 23 and just waited for the new passport to arrive before going to SLEC Global for our medical. What I did was, I photocopied the old and new passport and attached a cover letter explaining the change of passport and included it with the RPRF and the PCC and couriered it to CEM.
I suggest getting an appointment at DFA Megamall, 10am then go there 30 minutes before it opens, that way, you'll be the first in line for that scheduled time. We were done before 1030am. Then get the express nalang (1200 pesos), kasi it'll be delayed pa rin kahit sinabi nilang 7 working days. (we got the regular lang at 950pesos, delayed by more than a week).

They'll return your old passport on the day of your renewal, they'll punch a hole on it but you'll get it back that day.

Hope that helps :)

Not a senior or well experienced, pero di ba dapat valid un at least six month, lets say estimation MR u this November, PRF ka na december, most probably youll be there earlier or later January, so valid pa din, the rest cannot answer sorry..

Goodluck.
Praying you can resolve some issues.

Praying. Waiting. Praying and May God grant us my dream for my girl. Amen

Why fill the forms on a tablet? Just fire up a desktop and type away. You will print it out anyway.

But if you insist, try downloading other browsers like firefox, chrome, etc. Make sure you have a PDF reader installed.

Noted bosschips. Thanks a lot!

@ppmom: thanks for the tip! actually my appointment time is 3.30PM next week. I just scheduled an appointment in case Im really decided to renew.

@canadaforahiea: thanks for your response. yup 6 months before expiry. But the thing I'm considering is I don't even know when are they gonna give the visa. So i'm thinking of alloting some allowance for my passport in case I decided to leave a little bit later on in the year 2015. But I'm targetting really to leave by either January or February as long as the visa is ready during those times -- at malayo pa sa 6months expiry. Hoping talaga dumating na soon enough the MR!!!!
