newbie po ako...june 18th applicant noc 0115. cc charged last Oct 9. Ano po chances na mgkaron ng NER? pagnareceive po ba PER kinocontact pa po ba ng Manila VO mga employers?

very minimal chances for NER kaya better if you claim it na NOW....you will likely to receive your PER soon.... ;D

as to employment verification, not all...most of here who got their MR did not experience that (kasi nagmamadali si CEM na makaalis na tayong lahat)

Pitchie, I agree kay Sureluck slim ang NER after your payment has been charged. Although my PER still hanging because of the suspension of the authorized representative, I'm claiming na I've passed the Eligibility review and the correspondence is on it's way, nadelay lang.

Continue to pray and keeping the positive vibes always.

Hello fellow Pinoy applicants!

Wanted to check if any of you here are going through the same issues as we do.

1) US FBI Certificate Delay -- It's been 6 weeks since we last submitted our request and my credit card has already been charged, but we have not received the letter yet. Anyone out there who has already submitted a request and how long did it take yours to complete?

2) Additional Dependent to request Delay timeline -- My wife's pregnant and we had to defer her X-ray to next year until she delivers here in Singapore and had already informed Manila Visa office. They responded back with only a 30 day extension to do all the necessary document submission but looking into the PH Embassy timelines, it will DEFINITELY take more than 30 days to complete this.
a. Have you gotten an extension beyond the 30 days?
b. Anyone knows how long is the passport processing for infant/newborns upon filing?

Re FBI police certificate, eto po timeline nung sakin:
May 14 - FBI received my application (per DHL tracking)
June 16 - FBI mailed doc (per date stamp sa envelope)
June 25 - Philippine post office received doc (per date stamp sa envelope)
Give or take 3-5 days pa siguro bago nadeliver sa doorstep ko.

I emailed liaison@leo.gov several times for follow up but no reply kasi within the alloted period pa naman. Pero try mo pa rin. Mention that it's been 6 weeks and card has been charged.

I've had several business trip to US since 2006 (mga 6 or 7 times) the first one lasted for 6-months. Do you think need ko ang FBI clearance? baka kasi hingan ako sabay sa MR so mas mabuti start ko na ang process ngaun.
