i think its case to case basis. depende on how complicated your case is. However, by default, mga 30 days yan.

Guys good afternoon. Ask lang poh ako kung sino ditto ang nagworked before sa UAE and nakakuha na nang PCC outside UAE.
Ano pong mga requirements and steps para makakuha nang PCC instead of going to UAE?
Hope for the response. Thank you.

Hi Delstabor,

Regards,

June applicant here under cic agency .still no update till now.

Good luck to us!

Hello All! Mabuhay! :D

I am aspiring to get a Canada PR visa and have almost completed the required docs except for one potential problem which led me to seek your advise please!!!

I just received my ECA report and it says that my 4 year bachelor's degree is equivalent to a 2 year diploma only. I then stumbled to this excerpt from the Canada Immi website:

If Fatima studied outside of Canada and obtained a foreign educational credential at the Bachelor's level, but her ECA report indicates that the foreign credential is only equivalent to two years of post-secondary study in Canada...
Then she would not meet the minimum education requirement and her application would be refused because her foreign educational credential was found not to be equivalent to a completed Canadian educational credential.

Did I hit the target? Does this mean I am not eligible to apply under FSWP? Please help po...

Maraming Salamat!

KAhit 2 or 3 yrs ang Canadian equivalency ,as long as completed and recognized ang university then it means okay lang. There may be another reason for rejection ang kanyang file.
