Hello seniors and to those who are in this forum.
I just found out that my credit card (metrobank) has an online security password which sends to me via sms . sadly, that was the one i wrote in my application last June 17. I was told that any online transaction will have the requirement of that password (via sms). Im sure now that our application will be decline due to the fact that my credit card will not be able to go through with the transaction. Is there any other way i can send a demand draft to CIC as a last minute option before they open my application? if its still possible, will i again print the new Fee Payment Form? and send it to CIC?

hello bingka, ano nga ang delivery date ng application mo, as in 6/16?para kasing natatandaan ko nauna ako sayo. kung 6days bago dumating ang documents dun sa CIO and sa palagay mo aabot, mabuti kung magsend ka na ASAP. sayang naman. anyway, june 10 palang naman ang charging ngayon am sure kaya pa yan. better to try kesa totally hinde.

Thank you... Ive been praying for God"s will and somehow everything was smooth from the time this 2014 FSW opened. Until now that is. My question is: If i send a demand draft with the updated payment form, what happens if they dont match it up with my application? My money will be all lost coz it will not be encashed right? and i already paid for that when i bought it from the bank. Is there a number in canada CIC where i can call to ask or verify? does anyone here know what number to call? coz i have a magicjack.

Baka naman its possible to suspend the security feature. Try to call Metrobank. I'm pretty sure banking softwares have those options.

i-PM you. about DD, ang ginawa ko last time dahil alam ko na nacap reach na di ko na hinintay na ibalik sakin ng agent ko mga documents ko so gumawa lang ako ng affidavit of loss, inattach ko photocopy ng DD and kinabukasan nacredit back sa account ko. so dont worry about that.maveverify naman nila kung nanegotiate eh.backread lang ng konti may binigay dito na number using magicjack.

Hi bingka, metrobank visa din ang mode of payment ko, ngayon ko lng nalaman na may online password na. nung sa wes ko kasi yun din gnamit ko last May 2014 pero wala naman nag sms sa akin from metrobank and the transaction was processed naman.

oh. that's too bad.. but just thinking, what if you lost your phone or if you have a new number? will that render your card to be unusable? they should have put a workaround for instances like that right? anyways, goodluck bro. there are other successful applicants naman who submitted additional docs. just be sure to follow their advises.

may sagot na dun sa global forum re: your query on security code of cc, nabasa nyo na ba? sabi dun, point of sale ang transaction ng cic at hindi on-line purchase kaya di kailangan ng password at verification. Wag ka ng magworry. God bless!

Yup.. yung CC ko may additional Password/Pin din.. nung tumawag ako sa Bank ko sabi pang Online Shopping lang yun.. pag Canadian Immigration daw no need ng additional PIN/PW... GoodLuck. :D
